Black People: The Inferior Race Black Man/Woman, know your place and quit belly- aching!

DISCLAIMER: It must be noted that due to an unavoidable bout of victim mentality the author cannot be held responsible for the content contained herein! Author is currently under going recovery therapy in a wealth creation retreat! Information learned will be gladly disseminated!

It goes without saying, and it is very obvious to us black people that the world owes black people, yes us, the innocent victims of white oppressors, big time. The world needs to align itself with our program!

It also about time black people know their place and quit complaining about how the man is keeping them down! Things have been great for us black people, and quite honestly, if there was any more good to be had by us, well we would have it by now!

Just as women are the weaker sex, let’s face it, black people are the inferior race! Let’s call a spade a spade and not a big spoon. If black people had any talent, even a modicum of creativity in them, they would, by their own merit be able to advance to high ranks! But no, we just do not possess the innate abilities to create success. Oprah, Will Smith, Condi Rice, Maya Angelou, please, they just genetic mutations and aberrations in the large scheme of things. Just persons who must be considered outliers and sell outs at best!

Thank heavens for affirmative action. I shudder to think where we would be as black people if the boone of affirmative action was not extended to us. Thank you masser for helping me understand my place!

The widely accepted assumption that black individuals are simply waiting for someone to hand them the world of opportunity on a silver platter is very true! I mean look at the hungry and starving black Africans! Ever seen footage of hungry and starving white Africans?

Blacks, African-american, afro-americans, Africans, Negroids or whatever politically correct sentiment you wish to infuse here, it appears have missed the boat relative to the glaring truth that the rest of the world & Barrack Obama have already moved on into the 21st Century. Unfortunately, Africa and Afro-Americans are still living in the Dark Ages (pun intended)!

By now you have figured out this nothing but jest and hyperbole. The topic of discussion is the victim mentality, that seems to very identifiable with black people.

It Doesn't Get Any More Powerful Than Condi!

What is victim mentality?

One who has a victim mentality blames everyone else for what happens in their world. Those suffering the victim mentality always find themselves living in a past, present and future that only spells and holds bad things for them.

Didn’t get the promotion you thought was rightfully yours after years of hard labor? Well it is because the collective they are out to get you! It cannot possibly be that your lack of advancement may be tied to your slothfulness, or because you are constantly late for work, or worse still just don’t show up, no it is because you are a black man in America with dread locks and blah blah!

You were stopped by police. Oh it must be racial profiling. It’s not because you were barreling down a 30 MPH zone at 60MPH, while blaring the latest lil’ wayne song, no it’s because you are a black woman driving a Toyota Land Cruiser and we all know black people aren’t supposed to be driving posh cars (yeah that happened to me, see even I fall victim to the victim mentality)

Everyone else is always given the benefit of the doubt, but black people are assumed to be incompetent and intellectually inferior. Interesting, what about Maya Angelou, Condi Rice, they seem very brilliant, oh but wait, they are sell outs!

Apparently, according to one psychologist, “blacks by nature approach the future in reverse. They don’t look forward to what is to come but backwards to what was. Interesting enough they always focus on some or other injustice that was committed towards them and which can help to explain their present condition. They are never prepared to accept responsibility for themselves.”

Ok, so how do you know that you are prone or suffering the victim mentality? Hopefully, this will help:

Victim Mentality CheckList

-You always have problems

-You are always looking to blame them on someone else.

-Victims have usually been wounded early in life by a significant person or persons. (For -Black people it dates far back to slavery, segregation, apartheid, colonialism and racism. We are still carrying the wounds)!

-You have adopted a passive & passive aggressive approach to life You don't take responsibility for your own behavior or situation.

-You are always ready and willing to tell your personal story of pain and injustices against you at the drop of a hat. You are giving Debbie downer, moaning myrtle and Negative Nancy a run for their money!

Recovery is about acting on your environment - not allowing your environment to act on you.

We must turn the victim mentality into a creative power mentality.

The victim mentality is detrimental for your financial health. Why because you continually put yourself in a mindset that there is nothing you can do to eliminate or alleviate the problem. It just becomes a status quo — a monkey that stays or your back forever.

Black people, ain’t nobody keeping you from participating in the in the wealth accumulation game but yourself!

JUST ANOTHER GENETIC ABBERATION IF YOU ASK ME!

Have you ever been crabbing?

There is a story of the wahiki (the black crab) native to Hawaii. It's fairly difficult to catch these speedy crabs, but once caught, it is remarkably easy to keep track of them. Why? Because of their instinct to "pull each other down." Once you have at least two crabs, you just put them in a shallow pan or bucket. A single crab could easily climb out, but if there is another crab there, he will reach up with his claw and pull the first crab back down before he can get up over the edge.

They don't boost each other up or assist each other in their frantic quest to escape and regain their freedom. They do just the opposite. They pull each other back as though they can't tolerate any of their number rising above their level or escaping without them.

This instinct, of course, is not limited to crabs. It is an unfortunate part of human nature to envy those who climb above us and to pull them down literally or verbally or at least within our own critical and judgmental minds.

I know right about now you are tempted to swing curse words at me. Recently I was referred to as a house negro. I have to say, as dark complected as I am, that was quite the compliment!

Yeah, we have notoriety to being a community that self hates, hmmm did you see the recent CNN expose by Soledad O’brien on what it means to be Black In America?

We have the nerve to fine and rebuke Don Imus for referring to the Rutgers Women’s Basket Ball Team as Nappy Headed Hos (a phrase I might add that was coined by our own), but we see no fault in the sexualization and moral degredation of black women by rappers! Black have been reduced to nothing but bootie and objects of sex. We refer to ourselves as bitch and hos and N*****, but we have the nerve to castigate other for adopting our speech? N**** Please! I know you know, what moneky see, monkey do!

I will not even touch on the chenanigans of the Rev. Jessie Jackson. (in the event you haven’t a clue to what I am referring, Jesse Jacksons’ diatribe on Barack Obama * I wanna cut his nuts off!* The very same Jesse Jackson that taught me to live the creedo Excellence is the best deterrent to racism and sexism, the same creed that Oprah winfrey lives by?

It appears, jealousy is the best deterrent to advancement!

Let these words be an inspiration for you

(Financially) free at last, (Financially) free at last, thank God Almighty I am (financially) free at last!

I recently came across a blog post that indicated that black women entrepreneurs on the rise. These African American women entrepreneurs, the author noted, have carved out niches for themselves in their respective fields, while creating new million dollar enterprises!

Notably are and my personal favorites; Oprah Winfrey- Queen of day time talk show. Condoleezza Rice National Security Advisor to the President (USA), Dr. Ruth J. Simmons- President of Smith College and President-elect of Brown University.

Black Entertainment Television Chairman and CEO Debra Lee advises that, “success is about risk-taking.” She continues to say “Entrepreneurship is innate, not a learned skill.” Lee encourages "take risks, learn from them, grow with them and reinvent yourself if necessary."

I think that this is a very Ignorant and surface analysis of the state of Black America. Would it still be called the "victim mentality" if Black American's truly are the Victims. If you Ignore your Prejudices ness, and Really look into the make up of America you will see that we are Victims. "According to one psychologist" - " Given enough controll over the Environment, I can turn anyone into, a doctor, and lawyer, or a Criminal". If you don't feel me, then I don't feel you. Real Talk.
