It’s a surprise how one of closest guy friends suddenly wanted to move out of his parents’ place. He claims that he wants independence and he has chosen Sun Valley as his new home. When I asked him why go far away like in California when he can stay within the same city where his parents are. And you know what he told me? It’s because of those Sun Valley houses for sale. He unexpectedly grew an interest with those properties that he’s seen on magazines and invited me to go house hunting with him.

When we got to that place, our jaws dropped. My friend was not really kidding when he said the houses were simply amazing. And they are, indeed! One of my favorites would have to be the Sun Valley affordable homes because they are simply elegant to look at and they are inexpensive. He was actually thinking of condo units but I talked him out of it. A house can be the start of his future. He doesn’t have to go through the hassle again of looking for another house again.

After two days of roaming around the streets of Sun Valley and going around the tourism spots, I finally mustered the courage to tell my friend that it’s time to go home. He looked sad, but I bet he won’t be after he moves in. So the next day, we took a cab to Bob Hope Airport, and finally flew back home.
