It can be bought directly from the author and downloaded, or you can buy the physical book online through Amazon; if you are buying it through ebay, then just double check if you're buying the .PDF version or the paperback version. I've bought the PDF version, but will shortly be ordering this in paperback too as it's an interesting read just to dip into, or to refresh my memory on things I might have overlooked last time, when on holiday or a long journey.
