The Race to Size Zero

Can a women get down to a size 0 and still remain healthy? A few women have set out to answer that question in a new documentary Super Skinny Me. This film will focus on a group of women who crash-diet their way down to a tiny size 2 (equal to a US size 00). Like the documentary Super Size Me, the goal of this film will be to expose the serious health risks of extreme weight-loss methods. Becoming super skinny may ruin these women's health but despite the dangers these journalist mean to complete their goal. In the end these journalist will gain the perfect Hollywood body.

Britain's Eating Disorder Association said it had worries about the potential health effects on those taking part in the documentary, but BBC Channel Four assured them that, "at every stage of filming there will be continuous full medical support and expert guidance at hand."

What about the people who are naturally thin. There are women who do indeed wear a size 2 who are healthy. Petite women naturally weigh less than their taller peers. Of course a 6 foot tall women would be emaciate at size 2, however, a 5ft 2 in women would be perfectly healthy. Is anyone ever the right size. Your either too fat or too thin.

There is also a really good (but not crazy!) weight loss website of the same name. Are they linked? http://www.superskinnyme.com/
