Yes youve read correctly, Im addicted to an online application at Facebook called Superpoke! pets. -So much so that Im feeling obligated to make my first entry here at hubpages ALL ABOUT SUPERPOKE PETS lol! Actually I dont know if it's that or fear of disappointment from my hubby who is also a SPP addict as we call ourselves, or my co-addictees if I DONT do my 1st hub on them. Im always going on about them and wanting to spread the word until EVERYONE is happily playing along with me at my favourite "happy place"

     Now, ok Ive mentioned the facebook thing but this app is also avail at my space, hi-5, bebo, on your I-phone and who knows where else to come. About your pet there are many you can chose from-  kitty, puppy, turtle, sheep, dragon, monkey, penguin, frog, tiger, panda, pig, bunny, chicken.. you choose the virtual pet you desire.  You have either your own group of friends that have the app as well to "pet" and "play" with, or- you can go into the forum or assorted superpoke pet groups they have and can aquire friends for your pet as well, dont feel astho you have to spam or nag at your personal friends to quicly be on your way at superpoke pets. The people that play are really quite friendly and always willing to add a new friend to their playground.(if you worry about privacy issues, you simply just add them to a specific list, and have that list limited pro, very easy so dont let that discourage you)

     You make a habitat for your pet, and get to design its layout and contents yourself by purchasing items in the pet shop with the coins that you accumulate petting your playmates, and by them visiting yours as well.  Once a week they have a shopping day where they come out with new items for you to get for your pets habitats and Ive really gotta say theyve come a long way since Ive joined around xmas time, the items that are available, quality, and variety are really amazing. You can make some really interesting habitats making your own so unique. They really are really cute! Now as you progress in this app your pet grows, (no they never die!!) you advance to different "pet levels"  there are many badges you accumulate for your pet, theres quite a bit of interaction with other pet owners as you send and recieve compliments, gift items to one another and you find yourself awaiting shopping day to see what slide is going to come out with next for your pets habitat. The people playing this app I have to make note, some have become pretty good friends from abroad, and went beyond petting duty to bring a smile to your face or share an opinion from time to time, the friends Ive made there are wonderful people.

     A funny little secret Im going to share with you I had the hubby join soon after I did, and it was a regular thing we shared asking ea other -"have you pet your friends yet?" lol I think at first he took the app just for me, but as time went on..hes TWICE the addict I am, ohh by far I would say..He faithfully gets up a little early before work, and visits the playground of his 300+ friends.. He sends me texts thru the day -this at SPP that at SPP -oh such and such an item is avail can you get it for me?? or the badge contreversy.. Ohh my! He gets a new badge and he's like a kid at Christmas I kid you not!! Needless to say I think we'll be playing superpoke pets for a long time, I see theyre only improving and advancing the "game" so we'll be here awhile. Id like to thank the players & creators once again for bringing SPP into our lives and making it my "happy place"  It never fails me LOL!

Im glad I could share this with you, and really wouldve felt bad had I NOT made my 1st hub about Superpoke! pets.
