So you like surfing and somebody has told you about Costa Rica.

I can guarantee you that when you come here, you will be amazed.

But the key is knowing WHERE to go and my advice is Malpais, Santa Teresa, Cabuya and Playa Carmen.

Look, Tamarindo and Jaco have good surf but the places are shitholes and unless you're one of the many losers who comes here to score with hookers, I don't recommend that you go.

I live in Malpais and love it.

24/7 there is surf.

You wake up, grab your board and kill your hangover with an awesome session.

HOWEVER:

Do NOT come here between June and October. It sucks. It rains like crazy. You will sit on your ass and say wtf did I come here for, I could be doing the same shit in Oregon or Alaska.

So anyways, there is much more info to come. I am trying to reach like 400 words in order to keep this one up and running.

I also like Bocas del Toro in Panama. And I forgot, Dominical rocks! Sleepy little surf town. Cabuya is the same thing. Santa Teresa does get crowded and too many European kooks will drop in on you and give you that blank look where you cannot stay mad enough to kick their asses.

Costa Rica is beautiful. The land of passion and natural flavor.
