Suryalanka is situated in Andhra Pradesh, Beach Report. It is situated 9Kms from Bapatla. Bapatla is 323 Kms from Hyderabad, India.

Andhra Pradesh Tourism Development Corporation (APTDC) has constructed Punnami Resorts located at Suryalanka Beach. They charge 2 Bed Room for Rs.1100 during week days and Rs.1300 during weekends. Air condiitioned rooms also available. Restaurant and parking place also constructed near the resorts.

It is a amazing Resorts, Big, Clean, Neat and safe. Since it is run by APTDC, they arrange Bon-fire and bar facilities also available.

How to Reach?

From Hyderabad, there are Two routes to reach Suryalanka beach..

1. Catch the NH9 Hyderabad Vijayawada Highway, Reach Vijayawada and then NH5 Vijayawada - Guntur - Chilakaluripet  then take left and towards Chirala - Bapatla - 381 Kms.
2. Hyderabad to Vijayawada by NH9 and then NH5 Vijayawada to Guntur, then Guntur - Bapatla State Highway via Chebrolu, Ponnur.  - 350 Kms.

Condition of the Road: 

Route 1 - 30 Kms from Vijayawada to Chilakaluripet you can enjoy 6 track road and then State Highway which will be good without any pothole but be prepared for speedbrakers.

Route 2 - State Highway is good but 2 lane without dividers.

from Bapatla it is just 9 Kms to reach Suryalanka Beach.
