Susan Boyle's Meltdown

I heard Susan Boyle sing on the national news one evening and had to stop what I was doing, her voice was just that good, not just good, but incredible. Susan Boyle sang the song, "I Dreamed a Dream" and it ran chills up my spine when I listened to it.

I was not surprised to hear that she had made if to the semi-finals on Britains show "Britain's Got Talent". I also was not surprised to hear that she has made it to the finals. This lady is a singing sensation.

Susan Boyle became an overnight singing sensation. Is it a wonder that she had a meltdown, where she swore in a hotel lobby in London. Imagine the pressure the poor girl is under right now. I think if it was me, I would have broke down too. Susan Boyle lived a life of being teased and scorned and now all of a sudden she is a superstar. Of course she is going to have a meltdown, who wouldn't?

Susan Boyle's story is like a rag to riches story. Two weeks ago Susan Boyle was a nobody and now she is one of the most searched for people on the internet. What will that do for a person? It has to do something? Going from one type of lifesytle to another overnight is very mind boggling and has to have reprecussions, eventually. Besides, who really cares that she swore anyway? These days swearing is a part of everyday life anymore. No, it isn't right but it is more acceptable now than it ever was. I say, she had a meltdown, big deal. Who really cares?

Susan Boyle's Semi-Final Performance

Susan Boyle Final Performance

Susan Boyle's Final Performance on Britain's Got Talent is to take place tonight, May 30, 2009. Susan Boyle will compete for a chance at a prize of £100,000 and also for a chance to sing for the Queen. Susan Boyle will compete against 12-year-old Shaheen Jafargholi, from Swansea. I, personally think that Susan Boyle will win the competition. I think she has a lot of talent. Only time will tell. The finals are taking place in a few hours.

Did Susan Boyle Win

Did Susan Boyle Win this years competition on Britain's Got Talent. No, unfortunately, Susan Boyle did not win this years competition. Susan Boyle was beat out by a street dance band by the name of Diversity.

Susan Boyle did win second place in the competition. So, what is in store for Susan Boyle? Well, I don't think her career is over yet. Apparently there are some deals in the making with some of Britain's top music stars.

Susan Boyle sang "I Dreamed a Dream" for her final performance, which may not have been the best choice for her. Sure she sings this song beautifully, however, she did sing this song already. I wish Susan Boyle well in her future endeavours and think that we will be hearing more from her in the future.

I, too, was amazed when I saw the video of her audition. We really can't judge people by their appearances, can we? :)

Thank you for your comment, Susan Ng, and no, we can't. We need to see people more for who they are inside, instead of judging by their cover.

She's a very down to earth person, I think...she wasn't ready to win, she doubted she could, and she still can't get passed her lack of self confidence. =(

GeneriqueMedia, thank you for your comment. I agree with you 100%. It is a very hard think to get over, the lack of self confidence.
