This clock has many functions, you can set limits zones, two times, and your personal data (age, weight, height). The display is large it has three lines for the display, which is in the middle is the biggest and most important, but the other two ar also be helpful, you can use the info on the bottom line, so you can see what useful for you.

The training mode is also great, and it records the amounts of (time, Rounds, calories, hr hr average highest, lowest hr) of meetings, for the last session, weekly meetings, monthly Sessions, it's great.

It is a good value, the only things why I was not 5 stars is becasuse the case is silver not like it seems on the photo, it is white plastic, are waking up and the screen scratches easily, but a small piece of PDA screen protector can save the screen the clock but you have to cut round.
