Keep your chin up and try new things! No doubt, you will strike the solution that works for you, within the near future. Here are some ideas that we found, from talking with clients, with people on the internet, trawling forums on sweat advice, and other means of gathering sweat cure information. Please read through them, and try anything that you feel might help you out:

I have had mixed results by trying a solution of apple cider vinegar. Initially, I heard about it from a close friend. Its kind of horrible to drink, even a little tablespoon at a time, but I think it has helped me. Im trying it with some raw sugar, mixed up, which makes it a little easier to drink. Ive made the solution up and its kept in the fridge, and each morning before breakfast I have a tablespoon full. Probably the worst thing is that it can burn a little on an empty stomach. As a sweat cure, Id rate it 6/10 for me, but I must admit I do have more energy now.

Try an drink plenty of green tea. Im not sure why Ive tried this, but I think its been good as far as a sweat cure goes! I got the idea of a japanese man, who says it is very popular as a natural help for lots of things, in japan. I like the taste, but my wife finds it hard to drink. This summer, I think my body felt better, and I honestly think that I have sweat less as a result of the green tea.

Apple cider vinegar is the best for stopping sweating. Ive been using it for years. Its got added bonuses of stopping kidney disease and other health benefits. I like the taste, but make sure you get an organic one which is best for you. Some cheap commercial ones are not very well brewed. Thanks and good luck for you!

I use sage tea. I got the idea from a forum, and I now drink it 3 times a week but they person I took the advice off suggested every day. I find it a bit aweful to drink every day! My skin has improved also I think? its hard to say.

Hi, im after a sweat cure for profuse sweating. Im not sure why it started, but I think it was related to when I gave up smoking, has anyone else experienced this? Seems like an unusual phenonmeum...but im struggling to think of any other reason why I know sweat more than before. Im 45, male and I would say that I now put on antiperspirant around twice as much as before I stopped smoking. Even though now the deodorant doesnt work as good. Any ideas whould be good thanks!

My name is Ninapah and Im 52, with menopausal symptoms and now I have night sweating problem. Does anybody use or hear of sage for a cure to stop? I am unsure how to take this herb. Would i eat more in my cooking or would i eat the sage herb fresh by its own? Please advise me, I would like to cure sweat soon! Ninapah.

Without trying to many other cures, I would say that I have had good success just by changing my diet. I needed to do a clense, and after that I noticed not only did I lose weight, but I feel much better. I did a lemon clense detox diet, with only consuming lemon solution for 10 days. The results have been great, yet I didnt get to hungry on the diet! I was quite obese, and suffered excess sweating, possibly to do with my weight. My results to date is that I have lost 16kg all up. I am now 102kg and am 6 foot tall (male). It has taken me around 8 months, to lose most of the weight, but in the last 3 weeks since the lemon diet detox, I have shed the last 4 kg. Would anyone know if the detox diet would have helpd me stop sweating? As far as I know it has been the only thing I can relate the sweat cure to.

Try apple vinegar! Its a sure fire cure, and its so good for you in other ways too! You will lose weight and feel fresh by doing it.

Heres something different,,,my naturopath who does acupuncture tried his system on me, after he was cheeky enough to point out and ask me if I had a sweating problem! Its ok though, because I know he was genuine about it. We did 3 weeks of sessions (1once a week) and he focused the needles on my lower back, back of neck and my wrists. I think I have stopped sweating quite a bit. Try it, its a good natural sweat cure, and the chinese have used it for 1000 years or more I think. John, CA.

Guys I recommend charcoal if your armpits sweat too much. Wait! dont scrape it off the BBQ just yet! Or burn you toast! You need to get the stuff from a health shop, in a pill. I tired the powder which you mix with water but it was awefull and put me off it. Now i use the pill capsules and they are great, just like any other pill. My stomach and digestive system work great now and because I dont sweat so much I feel better about my self. The charcoal apparantly acts like an internal deodorant for the body. Try it guys!

All the best,

Joanne Harper
