Sweat it out!: an upbeat workout mix!

Workout to this!
I love to exercise, & music motivates me. I have compiled a list of some songs that can take you through at least an hour of cardio. I always look around for some good mixes, and now I thought I would create my own.
WARM UP= 5-10 minutes
I warm up just to get my body moving. It also helps your overall fitness because muscles don't get cramped mid-workout. My warm-up songs usually are a little slower, but still make me want to start sweating!
Warm-up Songs:
- "Love Generation": Bob Sinclair
- "Bleeding Love": Leona Lewis
- "Pictures": Sneaky Sound System
- "Heartbeats": The Knife
Workout= 30-45(+) min
Now that you are moving, it is time to up the intensity! Depending on your fitness regimen this could mean extremely hard- moderately intense. It is crucial to me to have really up-beat fast tempo songs during the part of my workout. It keeps me excited and my mood up (so I don't feel like dying!).
Workout Songs:
- "I like the way you move": Bodyrockers
- "Now that you're gone": Basshunter
- "Every single day" Benassi Bros.
- "Worked up so sexual" The Faint
- "We're in Heaven(Techno Remix)": DJ Sammy
- "Jane Fonda": Mickey Avalon
- "I don't feel like Dancing": Scissor Sisters
- "What you know": T.I.
- "Run it (ft. Juelz Santana): Chris Brown
- "Move, Shake, & Drop(Mix"): DJ Laz
- "Galvanize": The Chemical Brothers.
- "Rhythm is a dancer": Snap!
- "Better off alone": Alice Deejay
Cool Down: 5-10 min
Cooling down is equally as important as warming up. So make your you let you heartbeat slow down but keep your body moving!
Cool-Down Songs:
- "World Hold On": Bob Sinclair
- "Sun is shining" : Bob Marley
- "Somewhere over the Rainbow": Israel Kamakawiwo'ole
- "Hide and Seek": Imogean Heap
- "Holes to Heaven": Jack Johnson
