What's the big deal with the swing life style? Most people have a misunderstanding of this lifestyle. Swinging is more than just a group of individuals having sex. In my opinion it is a freedom of expression.
Sometimes people make absolutely NO SENSE. For example, there are certain folks in communities all around the nation, that seek and shut down local swing gathering (mind you most are in the privacy of people homes) yet Hugh Hefner's playboy mansion is glorified honored.
Like anything else ignorance usually comes from a lack of knowledge. Take a real look at the reasons why most marriages and relationships end, it is usually due to lack of finances and/or someone cheated.
As for the latter, couples who are in a swinging lifestyle have no need to cheat or lie to one another...thus eliminating one of the major challenges in all relationships.
They can be open and share their enjoyment of there with experience with one another. It is a fact that swing couples stay together longer on average than non-swing couples.

I agree the missconception of swinging is one big orgie and everyone have sex with everyone, we are swingers and before we started we search the internet and gather all the swinger information we can. We communicated very well, upon going to clubs we found alot of people would need ot read that book since most of them didn't really give it a good thought, the men just glad to have sex with other women, and most of the women goes along for ge my cake and eat it too. we did find a lot of quality swingers that we shared with, not but for us it was all about getting to know them not bed hopping. I think most should do thier research first before jumping in and or judging.
