Symptoms of Eye Strain Are Unpleasant and Could Even Drive Your Friends Away . . .

Symptoms of eye strain range from soreness and dryness to headaches and even feelings of nausea and dizziness.

The problem with symptoms of eye strain is that they don't arrive like a broken leg. They creep up on you over time while you're busy and concentrating hard on something else (usually your computer).

Left untreated - these symptoms of eye strain can leave you feeling run down and generally exhausted - making you feel grumpy and irritable. And this can reflect badly on your relationships with friends and family.

Your symptoms of eye strain are best avoided - and I have discovered how to stop them before they even start.

Symptoms of Eye Strain Are Caused by Reading Text on Your Computer . . .

I realized that when I watch video and films on my computer or on TV, I don't get any eye strain. Even after a long session of two or three hours watching TV I don't seem to suffer from any of the symptoms.

I also realized that when I am reading text on my computer screen I have a greater degree of concentration than when watching a video. Text reading seems to be the killer that leads to the sore eyes and general tiredness and headaches we all suffer from.

And this is set to increase. Governments, authorities and manufacturers are putting more and more text onto websites and CD ROMS. They have discovered doing this saves them heaps of money from printing costs, employing people and in mailing stuff out to you.

So - unless you take action now - your eye strain symptoms are set to multiply.

Symptoms of Eye Strain . . . and Here's the Cure I Found . . .

I'm a freelance Commercial Writer and spend many hours hunched over my computer while researching subjects and then writing about them.

I was suffering from acute symptoms of eye strain that included dry and sore eyes and a dull throbbing headache at the end of my day. I also used to get what felt like a muscular ache at the back of my eyes.

One day I stumbled across a piece of software that promised to read all the text on my computer back to me in natural human voices - so I wouldn't have to read text on my computer any more.

I downloaded it immediately (on September 25, 2008) and it has quite simply revolutionised the way I work, as well as making chunks of my leisure time easier.
