There are treatments such as acupuncture, pain killers, yoga, dietary changes, and other relaxation methods. If these treatments don’t work for you, then you should consult a doctor regarding some prescriptions for you migraines.
Once you do get a migraine there are certain things that you can do to help ease the problem. One thing is to lie down in a quit and dark room. Put a cool clothe over your forehead and repeat until the headache passes. You can also try massaging your scalp with pressure and see if you can take away some of stress.
Everyone agrees that migraine headaches are terrible to have. You feel like your head is going to explode and find it difficult to concentrate on anything.
