Legal Justice System, the Court's Law of Statues and Codes, Follows the Cues of a Corrupt Legislation

The present Legal Justice system is a poor (inappropriate and ineffective) thus corrupt system due to the fraud and abuse that plagues its ranks… It has been let to follow the lead of the interest group's lobbyist that peddle their wares of exclusive selfishness where as it suppose to be a mechanism for delivering wisdom fairness justice and judgement…

The resulting poor legislation has created a process system and procedure of justice that is unjust due to its inherent structure of insider good old boys that think of their own needs before the needs of the people they suppose to be representing. The omission of adequate inclusive civil selfless reason choice and decision-making is due to the lack of sufficient integrity morals and ethics of the candidates that are owned by the money machines that put them in office. The corrupt process of the money machines create the omission of integrity which impedes the development of the necessary purpose motive and intent to plan the goals and objectives for the end means and ways for implementing responsibility stewardship and management of the people’s interest...

Poor legal justice legislation has caused the propagation of an inefficient (ineffective and unjust) court system which is present in the municipal, state and federal courts... Inefficient, ineffective and unjust court proceedings persist within the court process, system and procedure due to a lack of worth (moral and value) in the ends (means and ways) of this process (system and procedure) which prosecutes for the same offenses ad infinitum with out mitigation of the impacts (causes and effects). That was a mouthful; but in short, it means, legislators are not minding the store. They are preoccupied with something other than the public good and the public welfare; so, rather than managing, they punish ad infinitum as the tyrants did to control the masses. To deal fairly would interfere with their ability to manipulate and advantage their usury.

The present legislative process system and procedure is a redundant and counterproductive process (system and procedure):

- The process is an unnecessary and counterproductive community cost overhead because it causes more problems than it solves without end.

- The system provides ineffective management because it is ineffective in resolving the problems.

- The procedure suggests illogical stewardship biases and never gains solution for terminating the problems we face.

The process lacks responsible action for developing stewardship where responsibility is equitable to stewardship management.

Our legislators lack the quality (attribute and nature) of integrity (moral and ethical) fiber needed to develop a meaningful process (system and procedure) for accomplishing the task to deliver the plan (goal and objective) for an inclusive holistic (civil reality and selfless nature) needed for a social management mechanism…

In short, regulations and guidance are the tools for accomplishing inclusive holistic management of a population not laws and penal institutions...

Laws are the ends for directing regulation means to meet the needs of the public way, they are not for coercing the public into a usury for the benefit of a few; like the cash-cow structures that have been amassed to subdue the reaction to the theft of worth (wealth and value ) from the human spirit of the masses.

All nonviolent crime is a direct reaction to this theft of worth by legislative mismanagement.

Consensus of opinion, this is the means to and for good decision making - this entails public voting on each and every issue by tiering (layering and sorting) problems and answers to integrate solution development so it culminates in a responsive stewardship procedure for providing management responsibility.

The cause of redundant and inappropriate issues being prosecuted finds its corrupt root-cause in social economic legislation hypocrisy....

The following are some of the blatant issues that do nothing for public benefit only for the profit making of the few who control legislation. These are just a few of the many instances:

Note the perception is that legislators willfully let conditions persist to collect revenue and facilitate cronyism with special interest and it is the common theme in legislation; here are a few examples that are not so obvious ~

- Letting vehicles be made to exceed speed limits

- Letting vehicles, business, and industry be made to pollute

- Letting vehicle manufactures not use available safety features

- Allowing safety devices of questionable purpose and limited effect be made to be mandatory equipment

- Allowing counter intuitive road systems that fail to be effective in producing public compliance and safety

- Allowing planning and zoning of housing and business for profit; not for efficiency and adequacy

- Allowing the diminution of social economic problems is an error in social management as is the intentional oversight of them.

- Allowing business practice regulation loopholes for insider cronyism manipulations

- Ignoring that substance abuse is a social economic worth wealth and value disparity. Demonization and criminalization of this and other non-violent offenses maintain the status quo of this sort of sacred revenue cash-cow.

- Not acknowledging laws are a direct response to failure to negotiate adequate management strategies and techniques.

- Not acknowledging that law enforcement police action is the direct response of a repressive regime

- Not acknowledging that law enforcement not governed by social behavioral science is not in synchronization with any meaningful plan for social development…

The Fraud Waste and Abuse from bad legislation has lead to even more corrupt behavior such as:

-Theft of public property:"natural resources belong to the people of the world; not to those who hoard them"...

-Misuse and misappropriation of federal funds: - "tax revenues belong to the people; the bail out money should have been used to pay wages and allow the workers to buy (invest) in and own their workplace".

-Misrepresentation of the people's welfare: - "When will the government represent the people"? They represent those individuals that steal the wealth of the public; from the resource developer to the marketers of commerce, those who hoard the resources of wealth commit a crime in violation of natural law governing a holistic reality. Humans cannot own what nature provides, this is a sin (mistake) to steal from nature. It is wrong, think about it - "Do you not belong to nature"? Nature has not given you its resource that provides your wealth. You have taken it from us. You have taken it from all of us. The life of the world belongs to nature and we did not give you our resources. “Scoff, if you must”, if you are that ignorant; but the fact remains, you have stolen the resources of humanity and thus have broken the ordinances of natural law.

Natural law supersedes human law on every level of thought and deed. You must answer to natural law for you are of the nature of this earth. You belong to the earth while you are here. You cannot own what the letter of the law proposes when it violates the spirit of the law's own nature. The corruption in the letter of the law is obvious for it contradicts the spirit of the law. The legislation of legislators does just that...

You see, your legislators, lobbyist, and lawyers have facilitated the theft of the publics’ property with the help of the judges and juries who blindly followed mistaken ways of usury and its corruption... This, corruption of natural law, needs righting to begin the era of inclusive civil selflessness.

It must be right to balance the inequities that have long gone unmanaged. It is now the time to be responsible for the management and stewardship of the people, no more is there to be the usury and corruption of spirit... Now is the time for the true test of humanity's spirit of survival as a singular body mind and soul united. If the spirit wills, it, the human being may evolve; as an expression of our singular being and its united spirit...

As you might notice, I am talking to your super-egos' spirit; not your ego's mind nor your id's brain, they will continue to follow the repeated path of futility if the will's spirit does not direct the change...

It is quite simple and easy to do what is right (fair and just), if one can overcome one's innate exclusive evil selfishness by soliciting the spirit's will for the strength necessary for the change.

Humanity is a work in progress that needs to focus on this plan (goal and objective) to raise its spirit above its ego and id where it can see all the dimensions of reality's nature that awaits its arrival.
