We all know that every religion has its own chants, slogans and mantras for the life long use of devotees to get some spiritual power and success throughout their life. In Hinduism " Om Nama Shivaya ", " Om Saravana Bhava ", " Om Sakthi Om ", " Om Swamiye saranam Ayyappa " and " Om Ganapathy " are some of the mantras regularly used by the people. It is the great belief of Hindu people that the pronouncing of such mantras will make their life safe. " Om " refers the great divinity which is in one self. Om is also described as the supreme state of all Hindu Gods. Hence it is put as an initial of all Hindu God's names. In North India, people use the word " namastey " here " nama " means, I bow and " tey " means to you. Namastey totally means I bow to the divinity within you.

In Christianity also there are many religious chants and slogans such as , " IN GOD WE TRUST ", " OH, MY JESUS ", " OH GOD PLEASE BLESS US " and " GOD BLESS YOU "

In Islam, " ALLAH AKBAR !, ALLAH AKBAR ! " means The God is Great and " AR RAHAMAN " means The God is most merciful.

In Buddhism, " Buddham Saranam Gacchammi " means I go to the Buddha for refuge, " Dhammam Saranam Gacchammi " means I go to the Dhamma for refuge and " Sangham Saranam Gacchammi " means I go to the Sangha for refuge.

It is believed by the people of all religions that all chants, slogans and mantras are so powerful to create a great peace in their mind when they are repeatedly told. These are the gift to mankind by religions. Our body and mental health will find certain improvement by the pronounce of those things.

We will be free from many health problems such as depression, hypertension and psychological disorfers by regularly telling our favotite chants and mantras. These are God's gift to man kind to improve health of the life.
