Love TGIF, and I love this site even more. How about recipes of the steak sauces they use -- the wild mushroom sauce and the burgendy sauce

Dory,

Thanks so much for the compliment. I'm sorry it took so long for me to get back to you. I have been on a bit of an extended leave from my computer.

Anyway, I'll see what I can find for you.

Jack Daniels Chcken Alfredo: need jack daniels sauce (http://www.bigoven.com/28760-Tgi-Fridays-Jack-Dani add apprx. 1 tbsp. chipotle tabasco sauce per cup of JD sauce to make spicy JD sauce. Start with a grilled chicken breast (6 oz.) basted with spicy JD sauce. While chicken is cooking, sautee 1 oz. bacon bits and 1 oz diced red onion in sautee pan until bacon starts to loosen again. add 1/2 cup chablis and reduce by half. add 4 oz of any alfredo sauce you like (the cheaper and saltier, the more like Friday's) stir in 4 cherry tomatoes, a dash cayenne pepper, apprx 1 tsp spicy jd sauce, and 8 oz fettucini (cooked aldente). add the now finished chicken and you have yourself one serving. Multiply recipe per serving.

I was really excited to find this site, and can't wait to try some of the recipes. My favorites, however, are not here. Is there a possibility of getting:

Parmesan-Crusted Chicken; Three Cheese Tortelloni in Spinach Alfredo Sauce; and Tomato Mozzarella Salad.

Thanks!
