To have a better understanding of the battle of the armagadden I have also added a discription of it for you:

According to traditional Christian interpretations, the Messsiah, the "Lamb", will return to earth and defeat the Antichrist, the "Beast", in the battle of Armageddon. Then Satan will be put into the bottomless pit or abyss for 1,000 years, known as the Millennial age. After being released from the abyss, Satan will gather Gog and Magog from the four corners of the earth.

They will encamp surrounding the holy ones and the "beloved city". Fire will come down from God, out of heaven and devour Gog and Magog at Armageddon, and the Devil who deceived them is thrown into Gehenna (the lake of fire and brimstone) where the Beast and the False Prophet have been since just before the 1,000 years.

The battle that has been laid out in the book of revealations is clealy not going to be a pleasant expierence for those who have chosen to live a life against the will of God!

Many times I have heard people (Believers and Non believers alike) say let God have his wrath. Little do they know that the very wrath that they are speaking of is the the wrath of armagadden.

God loves all of us and not one is better than the other! However he has given us the right to have a free will and to chose between good and bad! He has given us the abilty to know the diffrences between evil forces and holy forces! This is one way that God sees our faithfullness and obdience to him.

{Listed below is a link to a hub that will better describe what I am saying in the last paragraph}:

{http://hubpages.com/hub/THE-BEAST-HAS-ARRIVED-AND-HIS-ANGELS-OF-DEATH-ARE-BY-HIS-SIDE}

As human beings we fear pain. I think that most of the time our biggest insecurity is pain regardless emotional or phisical.

WE FEAR IT!

Well imagine what the battle of the Armageddon is going to be like! Revealations 11&16 descibes a series of events that will cause great pain! Pain that not one person has ever felt before! Before our very eyes we will see events that have never been seen before!

As each angel pours his bowl unto the earth the pains will get worse! Will we be able to tolerate such pain?

For those who believe and have lived in the will of God the answer is simple:

Yes

Scriputure says that his children will not suffer great harm during the battle; however as Christians we will see suffering as flesh beings. During our times of trials; Believers and Non Believers alike ask if God is a God of love why must I suffer as I have and the answer is very simple:

When your own flesh child falls and scraps his/her knees it is an instict to run to them and see that they are ok however it comes a time that you have to allow your child to fall so that they become stronger so that they will be able to face the tragedy in their life!

http://hubpages.com/hub/TAKING-THE-HELL-BOUND-TRAIN

This is the same with our spiritual father! God is the Alpha and Omega he has the ability to make it were nothing would happen to us however he wants to know that when we fall that we will get back up and praise and worship him through this we show him an obdeience of our worship unto him!

Through Christ we are victorious of the world! No matter what weapons that may form against us they shall not prospher for he will see us threw our trials and tribulations!

1 JOHN 5: 4-21

4) For everyone born of God overcomes the world. This is the victory that has overcome the world, even our faith.

5) Who is it that overcomes the world? Only he who believes that Jesus is the Son of God.

6) This is the one who came by water and blood—Jesus Christ. He did not come by water only, but by water and blood. And it is the Spirit who testifies, because the Spirit is the truth.

7) For there are three that testify:

8) The Spirit, the water and the blood; and the three are in agreement.

9) We accept man's testimony, but God's testimony is greater because it is the testimony of God, which he has given about his Son.

10) Anyone who believes in the Son of God has this testimony in his heart. Anyone who does not believe God has made him out to be a liar, because he has not believed the testimony God has given about his Son.

11) And this is the testimony: God has given us eternal life, and this life is in his Son.

12) He who has the Son has life; he who does not have the Son of God does not have life.

13) I write these things to you who believe in the name of the Son of God so that you may know that you have eternal life.

14) This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us.

15) And if we know that he hears us—whatever we ask—we know that we have what we asked of him.

16) If anyone sees his brother commit a sin that does not lead to death, he should pray and God will give him life. I refer to those whose sin does not lead to death. There is a sin that leads to death. I am not saying that he should pray about that.

17) All wrongdoing is sin, and there is sin that does not lead to death.

18) We know that anyone born of God does not continue to sin; the one who was born of God keeps him safe, and the evil one cannot harm him.

19) We know that we are children of God, and that the whole world is under the control of the evil one.

20) We know also that the Son of God has come and has given us understanding, so that we may know him who is true. And we are in him who is true—even in his Son Jesus Christ. He is the true God and eternal life.

21) Dear children, keep yourselves from idols.

However for those who turn from God believing that God is not a just God and have been deceived by the enemy will suffer everlasting torture as Satan himself will suffer!

For those who have chosen to follow the enemy’s ways will suffer as the enemy will suffer during the battle of the Armageddon!

As Christians we will still suffer both now and during the battle! However during the battle God’s scripture say’s that for those who have chosen to live in his will our spirit will not suffer furthermore God’s word tells us that we will find moments of suffering and ridicule from the non believers....

It is true in the last days we would suffer ridicule from non-believers and we will definitely suffer it is clearly written in the Bible.

Wow AEvans, I didn't think you were like that. I guess it doesn't matter that the non believers will suffer ridicule from the believers.

It only matters the other way around.

Sandra: You understand what I mean we both have been on the forums and we have seen the battle from both sides, Christians should not bully non-believers and non-believers should not bully believers. Some of the believers are to the extreme and will not allow a non-believer to express what they feel. I still believe that each individual is entitled to their opinion but it is also written in the Bible that the believer will suffer from the non-believer. Since I am a believer I was only commenting what is written in the Bible with nothing derogatory meant toward a non-believer. :)

I know AEvans, I apologize. I was also stating the other side. The non-believers are being punished (more like the good people in general believer and non believers alike) for what a lot of the believers believe.

I understand what it says, hence it only seems to matter (biblically) when a believer is ridiculed.
