THE BIBLE DOES NOT TEACH US HOW TO LIVE IN HEAVEN
78The Bible teaches us how to live on the earth in God’s kingdom, called “The Kingdom of Heaven.” If we learn from Him (Jesus) about His kingdom, we will know how to live anywhere in the universe, including Heaven.
I believe that God did not create us for Heaven. He created us for the Earth and it is our permanent residence even though we will temporarily go to Heaven either after some dies* or by being take away.**
The Kingdom of God (Heaven) is the best kingdom, which is in the present time with us and many who are not born of God do not see it. People born of the Word of God, which is the incorruptible seed (in the spirit by the Spirit) are those who will enter the kingdom (but others not). The Word of God is the “Constitution” which the kingdom is operating on.
The Word of God has integrity and is stable and it never changes as God never changes. The world’s relativism changes all the time as does time and matter. I feel sorry for those who doubt for any reason the integrity of His Word. They have accepted the seed of Serpent. His primary mission is to confuse and twist the Word of God.
God watches over His word until it returns to Him and will accomplish what was sent for. Many have tested the Word in their lives and it has never failed. It is not that we know everything, but learning and growing is our bonus, which we receive from God. It is a gift of God, who gave us knowledge and wisdom to our disposal and benefit.
The Lord taught the disciples how to pray. He did not teach what to pray but how to pray. He asked to pray for the Kingdom of God. But the Kingdome of Heaven already came after His resurrection what became available to born of God believers. It was here before but has to be accepted by new birth into the life of believers. I know people who claim they have the kingdom of God in them, but they live constantly in strife. Living in strife is not of kingdom of God.
Meditation on the Word is beneficial:
Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think (meditate) on these things (Phil 4:8).
After one being born of God the best is to start to walk in the spirit and practice faith and love. Those are the essentials and basics. Then rest will come (joy, peace, patience…). When I was born again and later baptized in the Spirit, I wanted to hug the world (the entire globe) and had the joy beyond understanding. I thought that I was born twice. Then for years I walked like I am walking above the earth. We see how we can grow.
There are no diseases, death or poverty in the Heaven. We can be healthy, wealthy and have an eternal life here on the Earth. See we are today very close to coming of the Messiah that we do not have to mess up this time on Earth with shortage, crisis, hospitals, doctors, funerals and graves. He will come soon, very soon! There are revivals on other continents. The blood of Jesus is saving millions of souls. The Bible is the bestselling Book in the world. It is the good news. It is the reason for celebration and joy.

**) 1 Th. 4:17: Then we, which are alive and remain, shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.
In the conclusion, I have seen people walking in religion and then walking in suffering. Walking in faith is foreign to them. They are looking to live in heaven since they are unable to live on the earth by faith.

Thank you for comment, Catlyn, very much. Only one small comment I hope you will let me. Adam was eternal being and should live on the earth forever. Lord Jesus Last Adam did not talk or teach very much (just some) about heaven. We do not need struggle in heaven. There will be no devil or diseases, poverty... there. :)

Hello friend. I am not sure what you mean. Please elaborate more. As soon we are born of God we enter into eternal life. So we are already eternal if we make Jesus our Lord. We were before, of course, but that was separation from "zoe" life of God and consequences would be life in the wrong place. What about B-I-B-L-E?
After resurrection Lord taught exclusively about the kingdom. But the same kingdom should be on earth as it is in heaven. We are colony of heavenly kingdom. :-).

We will go to heaven but we will return. But we have to be victorious on the earth since there will be no enemies in the heaven, right? :-).

What do you mean by "we will go to heaven but we will return (to the earth)"? Are you speaking about the new heaven and new earth at the end of the age or are you talking about reincarnation? I am confused because in your various posts you speak about no struggle in heaven and we must be victorious on earth.

No, I do not believe in reincarnation. I would be not biblical and I addressed it in another hub. We will be taken to heaven and come back. In mean time there will be an imaginable Great Tribulation, with millions or billions deaths. Not pretty picture. Then after(some believe) after 7 years we will return back. Then in Millennium years will be peace and New Kingdom. Jesus will reign on the earth sitting on David throne. Jerusalem will be a capitol. There will be no disease, death or shortage. After that there will be new heaven and new earth (recycled?). I am sure the earth will be bigger, cleaner to fit all those who received the Messiah. It is about all. Thank you for coming.

The Bible is not self authenticating and while well written it is the work of humans without divine intervention.
The God of your bible was quick to anger and threw Adam and Eve out of Eden. Adam and Eve had no Guardian Angels to protect them from Evil. God was responsible for contaminating Eden with Evil. God of the Bible is not perfect or all knowing or all seeing as evidenced in the Adam and Eve story.
The Bible doesn't describe Heaven in detail nor what is its purpose for humans. According to the Bible, Heaven couldn't even keep the Angels from wanting to leave it and God.
The way that I see Heaven is like the transformation from caterpillar to butterfly. Neither the caterpillar nor the butterfly know of the other's existence or experiences. In the case of humans, when you die and go to heaven or hell you don't continue where you left off on Earth, you are born again. Your earthly existence cannot be continued when you die. You will never see your friend or family again.
The New Testament is based on a new, kinder and gentler more forgiving God, Jesus. Most likely sparked by humans to herd the sheep that resisted the vengeful God of the Old Testament.
BTW, Jesus had little impact on changing the ways of the humans. Today, people are at their worst in recorded history. There has been no positive change in the evil ways of humans, either from the existence of the Old or the New Testament. Today, for example, extreme followers of God, kill non followers in the name of their God.
We have no physical evidence of the existence of God, Jesus or miracles. Even the Ten Commandments created on tablets by God are nowhere to be found. Not even their broken bits.
Faith is not an answer, it is a mantra.
In conclusion, there is no reason for the concept of Heaven and Hell, other than to control people to behave while they are alive.
This is a human concept and not a creation of God.

There is lack of knowledge in all Bible information on your side. Sir, wisdom is needed.
I have full confidence in God's Word I tested it. Evolution is not possible to test. It is only guess.
Confidence is the same as faith, it sidesteps the answer.
If there is one God then there should only be one religion.
My point is also that the bibles are not the word of God but the words of man without a divine intervention.
Wisdom is not taking the word of someone else when you have a mind that is intelligent to find the truth or the lack of it.
There is no wisdom in parroting some unauthenticated writing.
