THE HICKEY REPORT
66Why is NORTH KOREA going ahead with missile testing
Are we going to give up nuclear testing or what? As the people of our world ask this of North Korea, what is their response. The following paragraph was taken from the WASHINGTON POST and shows that the need for talks exist.
North Korea, which tested a nuclear device in May, has said it was boycotting often stalled six-country talks on ending its nuclear arms program and will expand its nuclear arsenal in order to defend itself against a "hostile" United States.
"We have to be clear that under the right circumstances, we should be prepared to sit down with North Korea if they would abandon their nuclear ambitions," said U.S. Assistant Secretary of State Kurt Campbell ahead of talks with South Korean officials.
As the violence around the world escalates, the people who are demanding peace are rising up to protest and demand that North Korea sit down with world leaders and try to negotiate.
NUCLEAR MISSILE BANNED HERE
WHY HAS NORTH KOREA GONE AGAINST THE WORLD
Why has North Korea gone against the policies of the general population?.
Why have they decided in their wisdom to go ahead with long range missiles and hold atomic tests under the earth. Surely this is foreign to our way of life, even to their own people who must be wondering whether they have another dictator who is going to bring trouble on their land.
What about the children, do they think the same or are they brainwashed into believing what their leaders tell them. People of our world have the right to live in peace without fear that some idiot will upset the apple cart by being a dominate power . Showing the world that you have weapons of mass destruction and giving everybody heebie jeebies is not the way of today. People today want to live in peace! We already have global warming with ice from the poles melting all over the place , storms that hit our coast lines dropping houses into the ocean like falling leaves, firestorms that devastate whole towns killing people who were just trying to live a normal life,. Then there are the floods that swamp whole communities under water washing their possessions out into the street where they watch them float down the river to end up clogging drains ,and sending mud all through their towns .If they want to be the dominating power over everybody else they might and might not rule over the earth but at what expense. Are we going to let this happen or is the world going to negotiate and show that for once and all the people of earth have the right to live in peaceful surroundings.
I am sorry but enough is enough. When are people going to see that the world needs help and caring and to save what we have for our future children. We should be looking at ways to improve the education of children so we can start to improve our earth little by little. Maybe its too late, maybe it is a lost cause but WE HAVE TO DO SOMETHING!!
I am of the opinion that an atomic test under the earth, cannot be doing our planet any good ,if any thing ,it could be creating the start of an earthquake or something that we will not be able to control. Also! Long range missiles are not intended for bon fire night , they are intended to blow the hell out of someone, some one that is quite defensless with a teddy bear in their arm that look up to their parents eyes and say "WHY DO THEY WANT TO HURT ME DADDY?!!"
