If you aren't achieving abundance in your life then you definitely are not alone. Thats no real consolation is it ?! The great news is that if you have clicked on to this article then you are most likely looking for change. The article may switch on the light for you with one simple sentence but know that nothing changes if nothing changes. There are a few basics you will need to understand to attain desired abundance.
I will list them as best as I can explain them in easy digestable bites...

ABUNDANCE AND YOUR ATTITUDE TO ABUNDANCE
Your belief system is the underlying theme to whatever happens to you in life. Your beliefs and the way you perceive life create your physical reality.
If you have gone through the material in The Secret and other similar publications then there are so many valueable insights on offer.
So you followed alot of the info and maybe saw the odd flash of brilliance...but have experienced no significant long term results. Or you may not be aware of The Secret and other similar publications thinking that its all a load of rubbish anyway.
What matters is your attitude and your belief system. It is not a simple process to change but it can be done.
When you were younger you would have been exposed to other people in your surroundings. These other people would have had their own views on life and in this case, abundance. It may have been the way they dressed, or attitude they had to people who were wealthy, maybe a role model told you that rich people are unhappy, maybe you saw and celebrated a large gambling win...these were your formative years. You attitude was forged back then on the deepest level.
This probably doesn't sound too significant, but once the habitual patterns are forged they are extremely difficult to alter. So you can visualise and plan attracting on living in a $5 million mansion own a sports car or three and even have a wallet full of cash...but it really amounts to nothing if you have a deep down unhealthy respect for money, wealth and abundance. You probably think "that couldn't be possible...everyone loves money!", but how have you treated it so far. If you did win lotto just how long would it really last ??
QUICK BACKGROUND STUFF # 1
ALPHA, BETA, THETA AND DELTA - Beta which is when your external consciousness and is working during waking hours, Alpha which is more of a mediataive state which you will drop in and out of during the day. This happens when you drive a car and miss whats going on for a few miles only to become fully conscious and wonder how you got where you are....it happens regularly. Meditation is usualy done in a Alpha state.Theta is an even deeper level. It leaves you open to suggestion and is found in a hypnotic state. Delta is when you are asleep
YOUR ATTITUDE CONTINUED...
When you are younger you would have taken on board information through possibly seeing, hearing, smelling, touching and tasting. You probably do not even realise that you have take on board stuff....so where is it ?? How do you find out ??
QUICK BACKGROUND STUFF #2
For the purpose of this article there are 3 states of consciousness. The Conscious state, The Subconscious, and the SuperConscious. For your own life experiences you need really only be concerned with The Conscious and Subconscious. Conscious state is when you are awake and is your world. Most people think that this is the be all and end all. This is not the case, and it would be in your best interests to explore further. Your life and circumcstances is drivn by your Subsoncious mind. This aborbs and records all you have ever done, it runs your body and does millions of things at once. The Conscious mind can do a few things at once. The Subconscious knows everything you have done through all of your senses and records the lot...even the unaudible and undetectable stuff. Its all in there and it run your life...and you probably don't even know what 1% of the content is..
The Subconscious holds the KEY TO YOU BECOMING ABUNDANT !
BACKGROUND EXERCISE
Find a piece of paper and pen, or use your computer for this exercise. Now think about any beliefs, cliches or feelings that you have towards making mmoney, rich people, abundance and wealth. Dig deep into your memory bank and write them down. Write down your earliest memory to moneyYou may want to be alone when you do this.
The reason for this is to find out what is holding backthe flow of abundance entering your life. It is very much a worthwhile exercise if you are serious about living an abundant lifestyle.
PROSPERITY CONSCIOUSNESS
MOVING FORWARD AND ATTRACTING ABUNDANCE
NOTICING THE RHYTHM AND PATERNS - like a pendulem, there are constant rhythms going on in every aspect of your life. Whether it is your breathing, the seasons of the year or your relationships. With Abundance you may find tha every time you receive unexpected money or cumulate funds there is always someone or something to take it away. Maybe its your car breaking down or a close relative pleading poverty that enter your life every time you come into excess money...what is happening and can it be stopped ??
Your belief system on a sub conscious level is attracting this situation, like it or not you are inviting it into your life. You just probably are no aware of the how or why.
What happens is that those events that have altered your atitude to money are deeply entrenched. When an event happens, like receiving an unexpected bonus the subconscious belief kicks in ..."rich people are no good and can't be trusted...don't become rich" This will start working lie compound interest and pick up another belief on the way "Damn, this always happens when I get money"..and so it gathers momentum. Once that kicks in you will generally draw to you a similar chain of events that has happened before. The thought pattern continues, enforcing the belief system and attracting the full scenerio.
For those who have watched "THE SECRET" they may remember the guy who receives the bills. Despite being broke he continues to attract more and more bills every time he reaches the mail box.This creates an emotion and reinforces a belief pattern...despair and I am broke. Whats happening is nothing unuasual. Another example involving rhythm would be those people who become millionaires and fall into bankrupcy, only to bounce back and become wealthy again. The next step in the process will be to start the slide into bankrupcy. This will occur because their thought and belief process will attract it. An event will trigger the slide....maybe a bad business partnership. This would have happened before. When history starts to repeat itself the rest of the scene will unfold.
HOW DO I BREAK THE PATTERN AND RHYTHM ? The rhythms and patterns will not just go away. The process has been put in place from a very early age and will continue if not attended to. A change needs to be made to your subconscious belief system.Reinforced in the physical world with positive affirmations, visualisations and action. In order to make a change or shift you will need to do so on a mental level as well as a physical level.
When in the past we have had money and the timely financial disaster occurs it has been pre-empted on one level or another. You knew its going to happen. You need to start genuinely believing that only success will occur.

CHANGE AND SOME GOOD TIPS
A long term change can occur no matter what your situation is...here are a few tips.
Get your hands on a mediataive or hypnotherapy CD and play at night as you go to sleep. You can turn it down low because your subconscious mind picks up sound to 2 decibels lower than your coscious hearing. You are direting these sounds at your sun=bconscious to implement a change in your fundamental belief system. Personally I think that hypnotherapy is best and Rick Collingwood produces some great CD's.
Why a CD ? The comfort of your own home and privacy. Dont use it in the car or moving vehicle because you will drift into Aplha and Theta levels of consciousness. You want a CD that will enforce change and you don't actually have to listen ! We are changing the foundations here and there are alot of invisible principles at work. Rick produces an Abundance CD, a Personal Motivation CD and a Happiness and Self Esteem CD. They are all good for this use. With the Happiness CD you will find that if you have a weight problem you will probably shed a few pounds in the process ! Play the CD's every evening for at least 30 days...40 is better !
THERE ARE NO QUICK FIXES...SO WAKE UP IF THATS WHAT YOU WERE THINKING!
Get FOCUSSED ON WHAT YOU WANT...make it simple and comfortable. I want to buy a house in a suburb close to the city where there are bars and restaurants and a shopping strip close by. Where the average income is higher than where I am now...make your focus attainable and exciting. If you were to move from an average part of town to the ricest part of town you may not enjoy the outcome and you could feel out of place.
If you overextend your current dreams then you will become despondant and focus on that negativity and things will just get worse...be clear about that.
You may not have a job at present so take the above example of an affordable apartment in an exciting part of town. Do a stock take of your current situation and work out what you need to get where you are to your goal.
First step might be getting a job of some kind. Get a few HUB PAGES happening and supliment your income with a few extra dollars per month. Get involved in a netork marketing project (not a scam)and bring in a few more dollars. It needs to be stuff you ENJOY doing, are good at and believe in. Maybe your thing is sanitation and you are proud of doing a great job. If thats your thing then go for it !
You have a focus, and have done a stock take. Work out a basic flight plan. Your apartment costs $300 000 and the deposit is $30 000 and you are currently n the shit ! Repayments are $1 500 pcm. Its okay, it's been done so many times before so relax...you can do this. You may need a 2 - 3 bedroom and rent at least 1 room out...that means you would have to come up with say $900 pcm.
Back to life at the moment...credit card debt and I owe on other stuff. Get your income back on track. Once you have made a decision to move forward and you are happy with it then the universe will support you. Be grateful for what you have and express gratitude for the things that you are happy with in your life...you will attract more of them.
DON'T SWEAT THE DETAILS OF HOW YOU ARE GOING TO GET THERE...LIKE IT OR NOT IT IS NOT YOUR DECISION !
Focus on the outcome and be open to new suggestions and ways of doing things.
IF YOU HAVE ALWAYS DONE WHAT YOU HAVE ALWAYS DONE THEN YOU WILL ALWAYS GET WHAT YOU AHVE ALWAYS GOT !!
You have a job, a debt repayment system in place...now what...maybe moe into the area you desire. Rent or spend time there every week. You might find the neighbouring suburb more to your liking. You need a certain amount of money to survive and pay debts...you have started a job, put in place multiple income streams...the flow will start. When you try and determine how things should happen then you really shut down the possibilities.
WATCH "THE SECRET"...WATCH "YES MAN" ...maybe watch them again !
Find a focus that excites you and you feel comfortable with
Clean up your subconscious
Do a simple stock take and know what is needed to get to your target
Think about past successes and draw on that emotion. If you are behind in your sales target them think about your best sales...draw on the emotion and just KNOW that you can repeat the performance..
Baby steps...when you get to your target you will have enough confidence to go for something grander.
Make a decision and commit
Allow new stuff to enter your life and new ways of doing things
Reinforce your target by going into the environment where your desired outcome is, have daily reinforcements and use pictures to surround yourself with
Avoid dwelling for too long on negative situations and negative people. Find a good point about each and focus on that when you think of the subject. Most important...focus on your desired outcome.
Persistance ..don't throw in the towel too quick Your old habits will reintroduce themselves along the way. Be strong and move forward toward your desired outcome.
It takes time, find goals you want to achieve and you will actually enjoy doing them. Positive thoughts and attutude will attract the same and more of it.
When the ball bounces your way say "THANK YOU!" It may be to yourself or to the person who served you a great coffee.
INVISIBLE FORCES AT WORK THAT EFFECT OUR EVERYDAY LIVES
Remeber with invisible forces and laws that you are dealing with infity on all levels. Its bigger than Ben Hur ! It is not worth trying to work it out, not that anybody truly knows...it is to your advantage to understand a few basics. These insights can assist you in moving forward but you would be advised to live your life in the physical rather than contemplating the invisible.
KARMA - what goes around will ALWAYS come around. If you think that inflicting violence is okay then make sure you are okay with having it inflicted on you. Might not happen until you are 95 but when the subconscious trigger is pulled...your number is up !
RHYTHM - throughout nature and in all dimensions it is an irresistable force. If you don't like the rhythms in your life then you need to rise above them on the mental and physical plane so they flow underneath you. ie Change how you think and your belief sytem on a particular topic and enforce it with action in the physical.
ATTRACTION - what you put your focus into will draw itself into your life. What makes you focus on certain things...your subconscious belief system.
ATTACHMENT - if you are seeking change then attaching yourself to the result will push it further away. Who knows what the equation is, but on a thought level there is a flow towards you. By being anxious and attaching to the result or you are showing that you don't believe it will happen..he weight of that belief is like a wall stopping the new stuff entering your life.
MY SHIPS COME IN OVER A CALM SEA means that being angry or upset will not bring in your desired outcome. The waves of energy create by negative emotion create a disruptive force. When you become annoyed or negative an your thoughts linger there, propelled by emotion, then you just attract more of whatever it is you are cheesed off about !
