The Bird Brained Scottish Parliament

The Scottish Parliament Building in Edinburgh is infested with pigeons, so they have called in a company to relocate them to my neck of the woods Ayrshire, they are going to catch them ,put them in a truck and move them to Ayrshire about 50 miles away from Edinburgh, now this may seem a good idea and it is humane they wont kill the birds.

For this service of transporting the pigeons it is going to cost the Scottish tax payer £250.00 per bird that is $468.45, it is ridiculous, a scandal and yet again we sit back and let them get away with it.

no wonder we pay 22% income tax no wonder we pay 17.5% V.A.T(value added tax) on the goods we buy and no wonder the uk is a very expensive place to live.our Government are throwing away money and leaving the bill for the tax payer.

As far as i am aware pigeons are homing birds,so won`t they just fly back to the Scottish parliament building as soon as they are released in ayrshire, i dont know if wild pigeons do but if they do, will we have to keep paying for pigeon vacations?.....jimmy
