Hi my name is Barbara Ballas. I was born and raised in Southern California. I moved to Northern California when I was 21 after living in Bavaria, Germany for a few years. I live in Northern California with my husband. I am a very proud mom of 2 boys age 23 and 20. Both good young men in college.

I have worked in the medical field and in Real Estate for many years. I could feel the tension building up with the economy shift in the last few years.

I decided to search out some way to make a change for myself financially. I was getting pretty fed up with no job security in the corporate world.

I started asking around and putting my feelers out to find something that would work for me. I looked for several years. I finally had a good friend call me up one evening and say " Barbara I think I found what you are lookig for".

I listened to a 20 minute conference call and had tears come to my eyes. Wow, this is awesome! The industry is Direct Selling or Network Marketing.

But how was I going to pull this off with no experience.

I decided to give it a go. I committed myself to training and coaching from other successful people and it all started happening for me. My dedication and believing that I could do it, is what got me there. I have to say I wanted it bad enough. I had many people tell me to be careful or that I could not make it happen but I never listened to them. I followed my heart and desire. It is like a switch turned on and never shut off. There is a place that just opens up.

After 3+ years of experience I have stepped up to a leadership position and have started coaching and training others. I have other Team Leaders that have joined our team and we are multiplying our strengths in different fields of expertize. We are building a team of Networkers from USA to Britain to Canada and beyond. We are a very strong and dedicated group from beginners to advanced. We make a team income which is the most incredible concept ever.

Residual income is what all of us need to build no matter what age, how old, or where we live. It is money that keeps on coming to you month after month. Kind of like the rent you would collect from a renter. The mortgage was $700 a month for the house payment but the rent you collect is $800.

I have never felt so good about doing something so good for myself. I am truly empowered and will embrace this industry and company with all my heart.
