TOE READING: HOW THOUGHTS AND EMOTIONS CHANGE OUR FEET

One of the services that I give the most, at fairs, at my Holistic Center, and via online readings, is TOE READINGS. People are absolutely fascinated by what I can tell tabout hem, by "reading" their feet and toes. I like to refer to these as "TOE STORIES". Sometimes I like to joke and tell my clients that just like the FBI has profilers, I can do my own "profiling" just by doing a TOE READING.

Here's how........

Every living thing is made up of moving energy. Humans, animals, plants, crystals, even your desk. If you took a piece of anything, and magnified it enough times, you would see that nothing is really solid, as it appears. Everything is energy....and energy must move.

Even our thoughts and emotions are energy, and every specific thought has it's own unique vibrational frequency. Anger has it's own frequency. Depression has it's own frequency. Jealousy has it's own frequency, etc, etc. Remember...energy MUST move. So when we choose to stifle a negative thought or emotion, and just keep tucking away all those hurt feelings, it is the equivalent of a perculating volcano. Eventually something is going to move....or BLOW!

When we consistently choose NOT to express (which is a form of release) our thoughts and emotions, this creates tension within our bodies. You know all those "aches" and "pains" and those vague feelings of something not being quite right? Well, that's your body trying to get your attention. "Hey remember me? Can we talk?" This stifled energy eventually builds up even further, and in addition to creating more and more dis-ease within your physical and emotional body, it actually changes the physical structure within your feet and even more specifically your toes.

Quantum scientists around the world have discovered that EMOTIONS ACTUALLY CHANGE OUR DNA! Now how powerful is that? LOVE and COMPASSION are the two strongest and most influencing emotions we have.

All those little artifacts on your feet and toes tells me a whole heck of a lot about what is going on within you, as well as how you are viewed and perceived by others. We all think we are great at hiding those emotions, but your toes ALWAYS reveal your reality. Your toes are an accumulation of your past and present, and give you a probable indicator of the direction you are headed in your life.

Each toe represents a very specific aspect of your emotional patterns. Your soles and your feet as a whole give me a "total package", complete picture.

Now many people will say things like...."Well I inherited these crooked toes.".....or "Well my toes look the way they do, because my shoes don't fit."......or "Well I'm just clumsy, and I keep stubbing my toes, so that's why they look all beat-up." Now listen closely right here.......EVERYTHING that your toes reveal to me have BOTH an EMOTIONAL cause, as well as a POSSIBLE physical cause. I usually find that the more defensive someone might be about what is revealed in their toes, the more guarded and stifled all those emotions are, and they are not ready to acknowledge them.

Many abuse victims, or emotionally "unavailable" people, have very contorted toes, and they also tend to not like their feet touched, or not like to display their feet in sandals, or go barefoot in front of anybody. Usually these people would never come to me for a reading in-person, but they do feel safe having an online reading done, because it is much more anonymous for them. If you feel that you can relate to this, know that ALL readings are 100% confidential, and the only pictures you would ever submit for a reading, are of your feet and toes, not of your face.

Now Toe Readings are not just about revealing what might be your current emotional roadblocks. A reading will also highlight your strengths, and gifts. I am very adament about making sure each client fully remember their internal beauty and talents, and I invite them to honor those gifts and bring them forth into their life more prominently.

A Toe Reading is powerful. A Toe Reading is not just a reading, but it is also a method of energetic clearing.....ENERGY HEALING.

People often also ask, "Well if I start to change my thoughts, will my toes eventually change? The answer is......YES!

The energetic vibration of our thoughts, vibrate at much higher frequencies then physical matter, and that is because thoughts actually exsist in a different dimension. So we can change our thoughts right this second, but our physical body will be just a bit slower to change, and that is because our physical bodies exsist in the third dimension, but nonetheless, your toes will change!
