Biggest Loser TRX Workout

The contestants on The Biggest Loser, one of televisions hottest
shows have a brand new weapon to help them meet their weight loss
goals - The TRX Suspension Trainer.

The TRX Suspension Training program is being incorporated into
the The Biggest Loser gym and since then we've been getting great
feedback from the show's trainers, Bob Harper and Jillilan
Michaels.

But this week the contestants are locked out of the gym and Bob
