Here is a TVI update. I wanted to be wrong about TVI. I still want to be wrong about this new MLM Company that so many are joining these days. I received an audio from an actively recruiting team member of TVI. The audio raised more questions than it answered.

Please take this a public service announcement and a possible warning to you would be TVI members and you current TVI recruiters. You may have been sold a bill of goods and I am afraid many will get hurt and taken.

The part of the audio I felt compelled to share with you is outlined from 19:02 – 28:50 minutes. These 10 minutes answered the questions I had and validated my suspicions surrounding this elusive MLM Company and its legalities in the US market.

Here it is for your consideration in their own words. Please take an honest look.

Audio 19:02-21:24 min

Q. You mentioned that the company will be providing locations to the offices?

A. They had not released the address because a 100 people showed up to take a

look at the offices taking pictures. They do not want to cause a traffic jam on the

road.

Comment; What? I have never heard of anyone do this for an MLM Travel Company, but "What if this is true?" They did mention an office in Heathrow, two in India, one in Cyprus. Did not give locations but promised to do so in the future. Still no answer, still questions

Q. How do you want us to answer people when they ask us about information on the founders and management?

A. (Long and short of it) When they open offices for their inaugural, people will be

flying in from all over the world (India, U.K., US, Asia) and then people will feel more comfortable about it.

Comment; I guess they are not worried about jamming up the streets when this happens? Please. Why can’t these people just come out and tell us? There are thousands here in the US pushing this and they do not even care who is running the show? How good can this be for long term residual income? I wonder if it will be there when I retire. Are you placing your bets and focusing all your energy to a people you know nothing about? Your livelihood, your family’s future? Not to mention all the people you may be introducing to these people who ever they are? Do you even care?

Audio 24:47-26:14 min covers setting up payment by credit card so people do not have go through their up line and buy vouchers and wire it overseas. (a notable shady practice in MLM) They claim they are going to make it easier and working with a company called Sold Cross Pay (I think) out of Canada? I goggled the company name and could not find it; maybe I misunderstood what he said?

Q. Do you have a time line on implementation?

A. No time line, the elusive “THEY” are working on it.

What are they hiding, and who are they hiding?

Here is the big one, the one you all have been waiting for… I could not believe my ears when I heard this one.

Q. Had some questions in the field whether TVI Expess has handled the requirements for passing the test of legality in the US?

A. I will be very careful in answering this, because I don’t want to tell you something that’s going to happen after some time. I am not the authority on this, but as I told you last time, they have started working with an attorney to “stabilize” the business in America and the US and I definitely know that the US market is a bit different from the other markets, and the legalities “have to be in place,” but what I know is that we have started to work with an attorney firm to establish a presence in the US because the growth is phenomenal……..because there are a lot of complexities involved in the market….. (talked about India) I don’t know the legalities in the US. (Repeats himself) but what I know the market is a bit different from Asian markets and there are some strict rules in place that the company has to adhere to, there are certain “tenses” (I think I heard that right) that have to be introduced for the company to be compliant. So, they are working with an attorney to stabilize that, so that’s what I can tell you on the question above.

Stabilize? What does that mean? I thought everything was Ok. So he admits things are not stable in the US. The company had to hire an attorney to fix the legalities. He mentioned attorney 3 times but did not mention who, or what firm.

Legalities have to be in place? What does that mean? Are they not in place now?

How do you not know the legalities in the US and then go on to speak of the strict rules and things to be introduced for the company to be compliant? Is something starting to smell fishy here?

There are certain “tenses” (I think I heard that right) that have to be introduced for the company to be compliant…..

An open admission that TVI Expess is NOT compliant to US laws?

Look, I am not on a rampage against TVI. I bought into the turn $250 to $10,000 deal as many of you have. Good, honest people are giving their time, effort, heart and soul into something that they admit is not stable, and all the legalities are not met. People are becoming desperate now in this economy and are losing jobs or buried in debt and will do anything to reverse their situation.

The answer

Why not focus your time and energy on a real verifiable business. Where you can meet the leadership who has the experience and know how to run a successful MLM / Network Marketing business. Where there is no question of legalities. Where true extra income can be made in the short term and long term residual income can be made that is built on openess and integrity.
