I'm a tai chi enthusiast, and I found this beautiful video on YouTube. I think that it really captures the spirit of tai chi, and it's a joy to watch.

I hope you enjoy it too!

I love everything about it; the haunting music, the quote from the Tao Te Ching, the scenes from nature which are interwoven with the tai chi itself. The students who at once show such amazing strength and gentleness in their movements and the priest, so powerful in stance yet so humble in his obvious devotion to his practice and his concentration. The local woman carrying her load up the mountain in stark contrast to the awesome view of the Purple Cloud Temple, guarded by the fierce stone lion and flanked by the dramatic Wudang Mountains.

Just watching this video brings me peace and gives me a sense of calm.
