I was asked to write a Hub on the question "What do you think it would take to make the nation at large sit up and take notice of God?" First thought is to realize how HE stood up and took notice of us, came down to this earth full of evil and did what HE did for us and how HE lived for us, then just do as HE did...and then everyone will "stand up and take notice"...GOD has done enough, HE finished HIS work, ran the race, got the prize and showed us how to do it.

It is a fearful thing to try and answer. But I think it should be said "what it would take for me to sit up and take notice of GOD" (answer is in paragraph) If we all answered this question, did as we were instructed, the question you asked me would have an obvious answer. I say forget about any of us "sitting up" and taking notice of GOD, rather get on our faces first and seek HIS FACE, then HE will tell us when we can sit up.

2 Chronicles 7:14 "if my people, who are called by MY NAME, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek MY face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and I will heal their land." Notice that HE did not tell the world to do a thing?

If our leadership read the hubs I wrote and followed the instruction therein, Americans and the whole world would know that GOD is moving in our midst and we would not have to spend a dime on advertising it. Did it take any ads after 9/11 for people to overwhelm churches and synagogues? With motives that are unknown. I did notice that it did not take long for the building to be back at status quo. Why, because the leadership and teachers and in those building are lacking the power and authority in what they say and do. People came in wanting to find out if "GOD is among you"...what most found was a lot of happy nonsense!!!

You cannot keep people by following what is in the stupid little bulletin, doing the predictable, the calculated, the entertaining, the power point or the feel good time of appeasing the sheep.

This is not me boasting...just relating what others have said regarding what The Spirit of GOD says through this weak, broken man. I hear His voice and what HE has to say to the leadership, the churches, pastors, preachers, teachers and the sheep, and well frankly, it is not very pleasant to hear, HE is very displeased by the things that the leadership is telling HIS sheep and those leaders refuse to do what the 1st century leaders and believers did. They say "God does not do what HE did back then anymore" they are correct because they indite themselves, they miss one thing, "GOD does not do what HE use to do with THEM"...because they refuse to believe that HE can. GOD answers to our faith, so of course HE will not do those things among a people of disbelief. It was true during the time when HE walked the earth too.

"Now He did not do many mighty works there because of their unbelief. And He marveled because of their unbelief. Then He went about the villages in a circuit, teaching. Later He appeared to the eleven as they sat at the table; and He rebuked their unbelief and hardness of heart, because they did not believe those who had seen Him after He had risen."

THEN HE makes a statement that crushes any doubt about what we can do if we believe with faith and take the action of that faith..."The truth is, anyone who believes in ME will do the same works I have done, and even greater works, because I am going to be with the Father"

Did we hear that???!!!...Can we believe it at all??? Is He going to rebuke us too???

They have instead turned to all kinds of marketing, promotions, books, voices, technology and on and on it goes. Trying to draw masses of peoples, they resort to everything men have to offer, wasting millions of dollars, millions of hours and then trying to say that "this is our god!!!"

• They serve up a Jesus that is counterfeit and deny The True One, HE who knows them not, nor do these leaders hear HIS voice. They are leading the sheep right off a cliff.

Messiah said..."My sheep recognize MY voice; I know them, and they follow ME."..."the voice of another they will not follow" What does this mean? Exactly what it says!!! If sheep follow all of these other messengers, teachers, leaders, pastors and prophets, they are not the sheep of The Messiah, never have been, they instead follow a "little jesus" that has been concocted for them by the cunning craftiness of men who do not have the anointing of THE HOLY ONE.

Strong words?...Are you taking notice yet?...Imagine trying to write this?...His voice divides the lies from THE TRUTH and THE TRUTH is a PERSON...not a thing or concoction of men. You cannot "change" THE MESSIAH into some idiotic, seeker friendly, small minded, limited little imitation of what you think HE is, so that you are comfortable with HIM as some sort of modern American...HE will not share HIS GLORY with another...period!!!

We cannot notice what GOD would do if we are ignoring HIM...again to sit up and take notice of GOD means we fall on our faces before HIM until HE commands us to sit up, much less stand up. To notice GOD is like noticing a hurricane...is that suppose to be funny?
