Romantic real-life couple?
I had published two hubs about the same movie that had lot of pics and info, but it was before the release of the flick. Now, after a lot of expectations the film failed to satisfy maority audience, though it gained good name in media critics. Just like some bollywood stars do, Vishal-Nayan romance was said to be continuing in their real-life apart from the raunchy scenes in the movie. Some sources say that such rumour was spread out for nothing but a publicity stunt.
The movie, Sathyam speaks about the difficulties that a rough-n-tough, honest cop would face in his real life and profession. Debutant director R. Rajasekhar, an associate of Suresh Krishna, attempted to present the truth (Sathyam) about so-called police encounters, and failed to reach it well.
Highlights of the movie were, the characterisation of the hero, another ex-cop role played by Kannada actor Upendra and the music of the movie as well. The songs were hit and picturisation was good, though they didn't help in success of the movie. Romantic scenes featuring Vishal-Nayantara were tastefully good including that of the songs.
