How did i notice this

Our college had union day function last month. Our programme coordinators were arranging the programme order, listing and storing the music files(for the dance and for other musical programs) to a laptop. Then they noticed that the laptop was running very slow and crashes frequently.

They asked me to fix the problem . I solved the problem. The reason for slow down is due to virus that came through usb drives. I removed all of the viruses.( the virus removal process is explained in my first hub).

But when i tried to run the task manager, it came up without any menu or any tabs on it.

I thought it was due to virus infection......

Fix for this (OR trick)

Then after some days while i was surfing the net found some thing on microsoft's website. That gave me the answer to the above question

This behavior can occur if Task Manager is running in Tiny Footprint mode.

When you double-click the empty space in the border around the tabs, Task Manager switches to this mode and no tab will be seen.

My task manager have no caption except the top menu and title. Can't find out a solution in the web.
