Teachers-I'm getting burned out from constantly correcting papers and also constant lesson planning and test writing....

Well to have to grade lesser papers get a student or someone you trust to grade your papers so that it can be a little bit easier on you and so that what ever else you had to do you have time to do.
Or just pay somebody to check your papers so that you can do your lesson plans .
Maybe you need an aide to help you out.
