IT has become apparent to me that my teenage daughter and her friends are boy crazy.  A very long trip to the mall today to shop for school clothes was very interesting.  These girls were more interested in looking at the boys then buying clothes.  These girls giggled, snickered stared at the boys that walked by.  The whole conversation for today was did you see him, he was so hot.  They sat in the food court talking about each boy that walked by.  Taking pictures with their cell phones and sending them to other girls. I made it through 5 hrs of boy talk.  Even now at the house I am still hearing about the boys at the mall.  Teenage girls have very specific ideals of the hottest boy.  And it is so funny to watch them talk about these boys.  They squirm, giggle, snicker, even make these funny faces.  They worry about how they look what they are wearing and yes even the perfume they have on.  When they are around boys their whole demeanor changes.  The sweet little girls you think they are disappear and they become totally all grown up.  Mind you these 6 teenage girls are not allowed to date so that gives us parents some comfort.  Though we know it is coming sooner than we want.  Hopefully we as parents have given them good moral bases when it does happen.  And in the end we keep our sanity.
