How Teens Can Earn Money
69Some suggestions for Teenagers
With the economy the way it is, teenagers are having more and more problems finding jobs to earn money for cars, college and spending money. The jobs that once were available for teenagers are now being sought after by adults trying to support a family.
Teenagers have always had trouble finding ways to earn extra money. It used to be that delivering newspapers and babysitting were about the only options that teenagers had, now with the internet there are many more opportunities available for teenagers.
Teenagers can work online and make some extra spending money. I have tried all these programs online and can verify that they do pay. All these places are free to join.
So here is the list that is free to join, and they WILL pay you money. These are not scams. You will have to work at these to earn money, but you can do it with your computer.
Writing:
Associated Content is one place that you can write and earn money. You don't have to be an excellent writer but you do need to write using proper grammar. The nice thing about Associated Content is that you get paid with paypal, and if they accept your articles upfront, you can make $3-$20 per article. Actually you will usually make less than $5 an article, but it doesn't cost you anything to do it. And it's a great way to get your articles published. While they don't pay for poetry upfront, you can still earn money with page views. For every 1000 page views you get for all your articles you earn $1.50. This is paid every month that you have enough page views.
Making Videos:
Can you record Video's? Again I would suggest Associated Content. They will pay upfront for good video's that you make. I submit video's on how to do things on the computer, but if you can do crafts or show how to do just about anything you can upload and make money. This is easy and quick way to earn money. The average that you get for video's is about $4 each. But sometimes it will only take you about 10-15 minutes to do a video. Before uploading the video to Associated Content, make sure it's under 15MB. This would be good if you have a video of how to beat a certain level in a game that is hard to do. Any tutorial may be accepted on Associated Content. It's just not limited to tutorials, you can take a video of something special in your neighborhood.
What I would suggest you do before signing up is check out some of the writings with the articles there, and then also check out the video's and see if you think this would be something that you could do.
While with YouTube you can submit just about any video with Associated Content they are a little more choosy about what they accept and pay for. Even if you don't get upfront payments for the videos or the articles, you can still submit if for page views.
With Associated Content they are always looking for articles and video's. And there is always something that you can write about. There is no Time limit on the Video's but for an article other than poetry, it's a 400 word minimum. Which can be done without a problem.
Payments from Associated Content are made 3 times a week. So if they have accepted an article or a video, they will transfer the money into your paypal account. They haven't missed a payment yet with me.
I have searched the requirements to open a paypal account, I can not find an age requirement, you may need to have a parent or guardian open the PayPal for you.
Here are the surveys. Most of them you only have to be 13.
Cashcrate will let them do offers as long as they are over the age of 13. This is an easy way to make extra money online. New bonus incentive- you can choose to make $1 each time someone under you does an offer for the 1st time. If you refer 10 people to the site and they sign up and do one offer, you get $1 each. This will add up quickly.
Treasure Trooper has a minimum age of 13 to join. This is like Cash Crate and you will complete tasks that you can earn money doing. Here is the hub on Treasure Trooper that explains it better.
