I have been working on this method for five years based on Jennifer Nicole Lee's Fitness Program and I thought I would share with you the top technique in keeping a toned and fit body while eating all the food you want.
Don't Undereat
This is number one because there are many myths out there people believe that can reduce your metabolism. It's important to understand that the body works like a machine. This machine is fueled by fat. Your body loves fat, it craves fat, therefore you need to give it fat. I don't mean eating at McDonalds everyday, but just enough fat so that you keep yourself in portion with your excercises. This fat can be burned off if you keep a regular workout routine.
If you think that dieting alone will decrease your weight. You're wrong. With regular exercise, your fat cells will be burning out that stored fat in your system. The more fat you eat, the quicker it will burn AS LONG AS YOU EXERCISE.
What will happen If I don't follow the routine?
If you keep a regular exercise routine for several months, and decide to take a month or two off. Don't worry, the fat cells in your body have been burning fat for so long that they will burn the fat without exercise. The cells get used to the routine to the point where it becomes automatic.
Have you ever wondered how some people stay skinny yet eat like a pig?
Maybe you know a friend or relative that eats fattening foods everyday and never gains a pound. Every pizza slice, hamburger, and ice cream scoop will burn away just as fast without any help from exercise. Chances are these people are involved in sports or maybe they go walking. They have a high metabolism because they eat fat and burn fat just as quick.

Dieting doesn't work.Mainly because fat is the fuel in your body. If you deicide to eat nonfat foods your body will crave fat more. Eating nonfat foods dehydrates your fat cells that need the fat to burn energy. Therefore, the little fat that you do eat will cause your cells to hold on to that small portion of fat for dear life, making your fat more difficult to burn. Thus, lowering your metabolism and gaining weight in return.
Don't get involved in programs such as Nutrisystem and Jenny Craig. They only offer foods that YOU have to pay for and they don't even taste good. Everyone has a different body but they all work the same. That is why people have trouble losing weight and keeping it off by dieting alone.

Nice article, nsu131! I've always thought it was so interesting how there are so many "skinny people" who eat like pigs and don't gain a pound :) I used to be one of them, but due to change in lifestyle, my belly tends to take on the extra junk I eat. Thanks for sharing!
