Some ways of losing weight

Hi, troubled with high weight and unable to gain enough energy to work!

Here are a few things that you can ad to your daily life and live a better life!

The First one -

Green leafy vegetables, If you Eat them raw it is for the best Or throw them into a broth,

You can ad them in jucies and have fun while you are having them.

What do these do?

Their chlorophyll helps swab out environmental toxins (heavy metals, pesticides) and protects the liver.

Number Two!

Lemons: Put hem in everything, Why they wash out all toxins from your body... in the heat you can have lemonades that bust your thrust and help you lose weight...and it is a ideal source of vitamin C. Additionally it is considered the detox vitamin, helps convert toxins into a water-soluble form that's easily flushed away.

Third One... This one is weird but then also I love it!

Watercress Put a handful into salads, soups, and sandwiches. The peppery little green leaves have a diuretic effect that helps move things through your system. And cress is rich in minerals too.

Fourth one - I don't like the smell but when i see the Effects Garlic is my friend!

Add it to everything -- salads, sauces, spreads. In addition to the bulb's cardio benefits, it activates liver enzymes that help filter out junk.

Six one ->

Sesame seeds-> They're credited with protecting liver cells from the damaging effects of alcohol and other chemicals. For a concentrated form, try tahini, the yummy sesame seed paste that's a staple of Asian cooking.

Seventh One -> Cabbage, not many people like it... but they have to if hey want to lose that extra fat in their body... It has two main types of detoxifying enzymes in the liver; this potent veggie helps activate both of them.

Eight one ->

A bit difficult to find but from what i have heard... good...

Well when i followed this with regaular exercise ... first ur muscles wil become firm even your tummy and then 5-6 pounds a month if you follow this routine for atleast six months you can lose weight no matter what!
