70
Well, you guessed it, guys, I am now on a roll with negative calorie foods, as I have lost 20 pounds over the last month and feel fantastic. I just whipped up this recipe today and thought I would share it with you.
Simple, easy and delicious, Thai Basal Chicken and Vegetable Stir Fry is primarily composed of negative calorie foods, protein and omega-3 fatty acids, meaning your body will have to exert a ton of energy just to utilize the calories from this meal. The more energy your body has to use, the more calories you burn digesting it! On top of that, Thai Basal Chicken and Vegetable Stir Fry is a great tasting meal that your whole family will enjoy and the best thing is, they won't even know it's good for them. Enjoy!

Well, come on by John, I will save some for you!!!!! You bring the negative calorie wine to go with it!!!
Tempting - is that how it really looks ?? If so :..yummy !
That pic is from flirckr. When I make it again, I will take my own picture!
This looks and sounds so great! Thank you! :)
It is, trust me, I am going to the store right now to buy more food so I can experiment a bit. I will be posting more recipes as I venture onward. Thanks for stopping by.
I was certainly going to suggest that I bring a good bottle of chardonnay, but I was concerned about the calories. Then I found a sommelier that swears he has a special bottle with no calories. Of course he also mumbled something about my buying a bridge - so I suspect we'd would have to eat more to offset the calories from the wine. Is that a no win situation? Or a win-win?
hmmmnnn, any time wine is served, we would have to turn it into a win-win! YOu are funny!
I'm lovin' this recipe already and hope the gall bladder will not object...Chicken actually is not on the list of good food for the gall bladder....but I think the asparagus will counter act it. Regardless....I've divin' in!!! This is awesome, thanks aoierutokdmvlj4t09k That's food talk for scrumptious.
Thanx so much for your input. I am trying all sorts of good recipes this week. I will definitely have a follow up, so stay tuned!
Hi, what exctly is "basal"? I googled it, but it came upwith results meaning "baseline" 7 noty an ingredient for meals.
Basal is an herb. You can buy it in any store, fresh, or dried. Fresh is best for the recipe.

I got all excited about you sharing the stir fry chicken ... then I realized you meant the recipe. Okay, I'll recover but I must admit, my mouth was watering. After all, it is lunch time.
It sounds delicious ... thanks for sharing - even if it is only the recipe.
