The 3 Best Psychics Ever

Watch Colin Fry Give A Reading

I’ve always been fascinated with psychics for as long as I can remember. Obviously, some people think it’s all rubbish – if that’s you, you’re welcome to your opinion. This is for people like me, who know what’s out there.

I’ve had tons and tons of readings done over the years. Sometimes for amusement, sometimes not. The following 3 are the only real physics I’ve ever encountered. 2 of them I’ve had readings from, 1 I’ve watched on television for the last 2 years and am just floored by. Take note: Sylvia Browne, John Edward and other creepy meanies are not making this list.

  • Colin Fry

Colin has a show on British television called 6ixth Sense. He makes John Edward look like a total amateur. Colin is a medium who actually names names – constantly. And accurately. He names wedding songs people danced to 60 years ago, he names deceased pets, he tells what kind of specific pain people had before they passed. He tells how they died. He tells it all. He’s really amazing. I love me some Colin and I wish I could see him in person. Really. I cry nearly every time I watch his show. Unfortunately, he doesn’t have a setup where you can just call him and get a reading. He does host seminars, however, so if you have the chance to be in his gallery – do it! His website is www.colinfry.co.uk

  • Ellie Crystal

I’ve had 2 readings with Ellie, and they were about 9 years apart. The first I had when I was 21, the second I had just before I turned 30. At the time of my first reading, I was primarily interested in learning more about my “guides”. My older sister was fanatical about Ellie, so I had a phone reading with her. She was very accurate and I remember being impressed. The second reading I had was equally impressive – she was just amazing that time, really. I had chills. Ellie has a mammoth internet site these, with lots of pages and free information. If you’d like to contact her, the website is www.crystalinks.com I believe her readings cost $100 for an hour, which is a fairly standard rate. She doesn’t record the calls, so you’ll need to take notes – if you don’t, you stand a good chance of forgetting most of it!

  • D.D. Tanner

D.D. is someone I know personally. She’s from Philadelphia and moved over here to Europe a year or so ago. She used to be an English teacher, but her readings became so high in demand that she actually didn’t have time to teach English anymore. She does readings in person and by email. Both readings are done with tarot cards. The initial reading involves D.D. telling you what she sees. This can vary in time, from 45 minutes to 1.5 hours. (She charges per reading, not per minute.) When she’s given you all the information she’s able to see on her own, you can then ask questions and she’ll look again, and pull out even more info. When done by email, she does the reading, takes notes and then emails immediately after finishing, to ensure nothing is forgotten. Both email and in-person readings cost 50 dollars and are payable via paypal. Her readings usually last about 1.5 hours. D.D. doesn’t have a website, but she can be emailed at DragonsPath (at) gmail.com

--

So there you have it, my top 3 list of psychics. Personally I prefer the email readings, because you have a hardcopy of it forever. You can always look back and remember or reflect. If you have PERSONAL experience with anyone you’d like to add to this list, please feel free to do so in the comments and don’t forgot to mention how they can be contacted.

Note: I will remove any recommendations of Sylvia Browne or John Edward, cos they are both totally bunk.

xx Isabella

I was looking for newtons theory as I'm fascinated with gravity, until I read the title again!!

I am quite skeptic when it comes to this department and if psychics are real then i would just echo Kenny's words,

I do past life readings and have done some overall readings-all on the internet, I read photos of people. I have been freakishly on every time. I only started doing them 3 weeks ago, wish me luck on my journey. I will be studying these 3 listed as inspiration.

My mother had a reading with Ellie Crystal 10 years ago. Ellie told my mom that we would all move to San Francisco, she would date a younger man and leave my father, and that she would open up a book shop.

Sadly, none of this came true. My mother died of liver cancer 2 years later..

So what does this mean?

I have to say that I have talked to hundreds of psychics. There are a lot of fakes out there, but there are a couple of honest psychics. I did a search on the web and this is the page I received. Unfortunately, I didn't read all of the comments. I contacted Ellie. She got one or two things right, but she guessed on the rest, and was wrong. It was one of the worst readings I had and I had to force myself to be polite to get through the reading.

We were lucky enough not only to get tickets for Colin's show this week, but also to get chosen for a reading, it was incredible. There were lots of details that were very specific and we are looking into, regarding a mystery. I would definitely recommend it. His colleague TJ was also superb in her level of detail. It was an excellent evening.

I have actually been going through a tough time and have become obessesed with psychic readings. For the last six months I have had a reading about once a week. This has become very expensive, but also an excellent time to understand the psychic process and readings. I have read and read looking for answers. I have looked for recommendations of good psychics, but very limited information is out there. I live in NYC and have gone to several store fronts and some have even tried to con me out of money for spells. For those who are going through a tough time, I would like for you all to read this. First, I want to state that psychics can only predict current influences and make inferences on the energy around the influences at the time. For example, I had applied to get work all over Europe and was offered a position there. The psychic said he saw me moving, which has not happened yet, but the position has been offered. He also said, it would be good for me to do this. While he predicted that, he could not say if I would go. He could only advise me to go, because ultimately we all have free will. See there is a universal language, that psychics understand. That is reading the energy and influences around the client. However, what will happen is only an inference made by the psychic based on the influence. Which made me sad because I wanted a predestined future. I wanted to know who will I be with. When will I have children. Where will I live. ETC. Anyway, if you are looking for some guidance I am going to list some psychics I have been to that have been on target with getting the influences correct. I will also list those that have been phony and tried to con me.

Psychic Recommendations:

Ramon Pero (you will have to ask around for his number, he does not have a website and does not want one.) He is a clairvoyant and has good accurate details. He can be very opinionated though, but looks out for what he thinks is your best interest.

Derek Calibre - Derekcalibre.com Got many details correct. He is the one mentioned above. Very nice and unjudgemental.

Psychic Readings by Nicole - 212-691-8151 She is on 23rd Street in NY, NY. She gave me some amazing details, but was wrong on a few things. She can be somewhat cold, but can be extremely accurate too.

Debra Huelsebusch - <debra@psychicpremonition.com> SHe gave some details and was good in helping you see your options. More counseling like.

Not so good Psychics -

Stay away from store fronts unless you have been recommended. Had some bad experiences. One woman in Manhattan on I think 20th Street near 7th Ave. She wanted $700 to help you with love troubles. Also, this woman in the West Village next to Down the Hatch. She was mean and said bad things, plus asked for more money.

Also, phone psychic hotlines are not that great. They seemed like they have been reading scripts and I knew a guy who worked with one and he said that he did not have any skills.

Beware of psychics that sound like they are reading scripts. They are usually phony.

Remember we all have free will and you choose your destiny.

I went to Ramon Pero tonight!! But being a skeptical and analytical person by nature, I wasn't sure if he was actually seeing everything he told me. It was wierd. He was scribbling on a note pad. He would ask me a question, and when I gave him the answer, he would suddenly show me the notepad which had the exact same answer!! But during the reading, I wasnt observing if he was jotting the answer down when I was giving it!! I couldn't see across and underneath the table. Can someone please confirm if he actually writes them before you give the answer? I'm tired of going to psychics, and having false hopes. It makes me more depressed. Plz help!!

I am gathering that just because one works for one person, they may not be as great for the next, and it is really pass or fail... I just had a horrible reading and kindly asked for my money back. She suppoesedly had a great reputation, but to me, there was zero connection. She ended up blaming me saying that "I waas not ALLOWING"... uh, yes, I was... The hole thing seemed elementary and rehearsed... A lot of psychbabble about nothing... and then this long "message" from my guides that said nothing but they love me, and I have a mission here... No kiddding, we all do, and of course my GUIDE is going to love me! lol... But yes, I do agree that it did depress me to waste my hard earned money. OH YES! She DID split the money with me. I guess that validates her a little, but I dont think psychics CONNECT every time, and should admit when there isn't one, and reschedule... Have a great day! And good luck finding a great psychic, I know they are out there.

Hi, I agree with Pancea about Raymond Pero, NOT SO SURE about the whole scribble pad thing, he was turning them like playing cards. Anyone have any experience with him being INCORRECT? he told me I shouldn't marry my boyfriend, however I have been to 4 other psychics who have all told me he's the one for me and we would get married. aaaaaaaahhhhhh

mrjgs70  says:

I saw Raymond Pero years ago, told me the exact date that my wife and I started our relationship. My wife also saw him and he predicted our twins. There was other stuff he told us that was not accurate, but he was very entertaining and I would see him again.

As far as the scribbling part, I saw this on a Magicians Revealed show, there is pencil lead that fits in your thumb nail, what they do is hold a pencil and make believe they are writing the answer, and when you give the correct answer, they write down your correct answer using the pencil lead in their thumb nail and the real pencil sits still.. clever. The answer never looks neat. I have also seen this in street fairs where they guess your birth date for money.. so beware this stunt... if you want to be honest, let them put down the pad before you give them your answer.

RigaRebel  says:

Raymond Pero is as true as they come. Yah he scribbles, and may not always tell you what you want to hear...or in a away that makes any sense...but in time things do come to pass. He has been accurate with names of deceast relatives, current relationships, financial dollar amounts, and even answered questions I didin't have the nerve to ask, and refused to answer a question I was asked by a friend not to ask. However, you must live your life for yourself, not by what ANYONE tells you. Your path, destiny, fate...whatever...is what you chose to make of it. Peace & Blessings!

These people digust me and make me hate the selfish things humans do this world is all of ours share

Hi All, I wrote a post a while ago and was reviewing many people's responses. I have to say, I have continued to go to more psychics and have found that no one has perdicted everything all accurately. One psychic Debra Huelsebusch - <debra@psychicpremonition.com> was excellent in that she was able to read the higher beings of the people involved in my life. Through this she would be able to make predictions, but that was only done through inferences and all did not come true. I think that there is no true 100% psychic as free will is a huge part. As a matter of fact, the best psychic for you is yourself. You truly know what you want and if you are lucky you will get it, put it out to the universe and you will see it will come to be. Raymond was good in that he made many accurate facts revealed, but he could not tell me what I was looking to get answered (which was, who will I be with). Actaully, no one was good at this and I still am yet to find him. I was married and told things would work out, but they didn't. I met a guy who I thought was the one, but I had hesitations and he is still in my life, but still am not sure. I have grown alot and have been more selective in who I choose to be my life partner. So now, I know what I want, but am not sure who and if I will meet him.

What I can say is that my wedding bands were stolen and my husbands was lost around the same time we were having issues. I think this was the universe predicting future occurrences. Showing me that my marriage was lost and that we were not meant for one another. Before I was married I had a little voice in my head telling me that maybe this was not the best thing. While my husband and I are were great friends, we were better friends than husban and wife. See that little voice is the one you have to listen too when you make important decisions. Sometimes it is hard and your rational mind takes over, but you really have the answers within.

So, I think if you are supposed to learn a lesson of some sort, a spirtual counselor can not reveal this to you. Simply because they can not get the information from the higher beings. Psychics I now know are great for communicating with familiy that has crossed over and gaining information on current events of you and the people you are close to, but by no means can anyone predict anything.

Peace to All,

Karina

Mr. Raymond Pero is 100% REAL PEOPLE. He gets to the point & that's that! I will admit when I walked out of there, I was upset but HE WAS RIGHT ! He confirmed what I already knew deep down inside. YES absolutely he will tell you what you don't want to hear, you may lie to yourself, say he wasn't right or he made a mistake or you misunderstood, or the scribble pad is a trick, BUT NO! NO!NO! He means exactly what he says...but that's what your there for, the blunt TRUTH.. & YES he looks for your best interest always. He's seen it all... He is really nice, GREAT ADVISOR & will go back in 1 year =)

I saw raymond the other day, I had an appointment at 4, I got there at 4:03 and they gave me and my friends appointments away because we were 3 minutes late so we had to wait until 5:45 to be seen that I thought was wrong so whoever goes to see him make sure you are not a minute late bc he does not like it. I thought he was very nice and he has a great sense of humer. He kept asking me alot of questions I really didn't get much out of the experience I expected more bc I heard alot of great things about him. One thing I didn't like was that he asked me what my parents did for work, I told him my mother passed away 7 months ago so I figured he would already know that but I guess he didn't, he asked me how she passed and all, my point is he asked way to many questions and didn't give any information. I think he was a great guy but I walked away feeling I wasted $80...

I recently went to a psychic who seemed really accurate, she didn't ask anything before or during the reading and knew everything about all areas of my life. The only thing is the guy she said I am suppose to marry hasn't contacted me like she said. Does anyone know anything about timing? Can the prediction be true if the timing is off?

on Raymond, he will certainly be dead on with everything current and past. as for future, i'm not sure. i think it depends on you in that time of your life and what energy you are giving off, etc. so far i have disproven 1 of his predictions, that i would meet a guy with the letter "A" in 2-3 years and be engaged. well, it's been 5 years, and no "A", and certainly no engagement. BUT, to vouch for him, my mother went to him 25 years ago, and he said some pretty outlandlish things to her, but he was dead on with everything. her life took unexpected turns and they all matched what he said would happen. and at the end of the reading he grabbed her by the hand and said "never come back here." cool guy.

I went to see ellie crystal and sad to say, she was off in so many ways. Plays a lot of the cold reading tricks. Sadly also, your family members get more of a reading than you do. Listen to her in her radio shows and you will determine that she distracts herself and then gets back on track. When you are in the room with her and she distracts herself , she then blames you indirectly for distracting her when all you were doing was going with the flow. Ellie thinks she is the one who is going to save the world (read her crumby book if you like to see how badly something can be written). She is the main female character in disguise. Crazy sick woman.

I went to Raymond three years ago and then again a few weeks ago as he told me to come back in three years.

He knew the names of the people in my pictures and their occupations. He knew my very close friend had just passed. He predicted I would marry my current boyfriend 3 years ago. The boyfriend actually broke up with me days later.

He said my friend was having another baby boy. She had a baby but it was a girl. It's not 100%, but I do believe in him.

He predicted the first initial of my friend's husband. When I saw him recently he looked at me and said, "why aren't you dating?" He was right. I stopped dating. He also said you could give a crap whether or not you get married and have kids. This is also true. He said I was having at least one baby so I better be careful.

I asked him about the boyfriend I was "probably" going to marry. He looked at the picture and wrote down, "manic depression" which is not what he has but pretty close. He said to move on and I will find a "C".

He is delightful and funny. You must bring pictures and try to make the first appointment of the day otherwise you will be waiting a long time as he tends to run late in his readings. His partner takes reservations on Tuesdays from 5pm to 9pm.

I went to Raymond in 1994. It was an apartment in the Village. I was early. He was about an hour late. There was a woman from New Zealand or Australia before me -- she'd been to him 3 years before and 6 years before. She was before me waiting and said, "Don't worry, he's always fast with me, I sit and he tells me everything and it's always true."

For me, it was a little different. He wrote things down on his pads. I can tell you that the things he wrote about my present and past were true and accurate. I brought a photo of my father and he correctly predicted heart/cardiovascular issues he would have several years later.

He predicted I'd get back with an old flame in the fall. I was already planning to leave town and so left a week early and didn't return until Christmas specifically to make sure that didn't happen.

The other major predictions he made for me -- success in a specific industry, a life partner, and kids all in my 30s hasn't happened yet. I turn 40 next year.

To be fair, I believe in psychics and I'm psychic myself. I don't believe that psychics are always accurate for everyone, particularly with regards to the future. There is free will -- yours and the people in your life. And there is also your own life path. I've never had a psychic be correct on issues of career or love for me, unless it's extremely short term (less than a month).

I don't think this is the psychics' fault -- the same psychics have been razor-sharp with the love life and career predictions for my friends.

I just Google Raymond on a weird chance and have found his number. I'm going to review my notes from those years ago and make an appointment when I'm in town again next year.

Something I've never forgotten that Raymond said to me in 1994 when I asked about a love affair gone wrong: "Do you think you're easily forgotten?" I paused and said "No." He said, "Then don't act that way."

This, I think, is perhaps one of the most important parts of a session with a psychic -- they're counselors who don't need to know all the details to give you something useful.

To the commenters who've said he asks questions -- he did for me, too. Most of them were not leading questions. Most of them were dramatic questions. He scribbled on his three hidden pads, asked a question, and then showed me the answer with his pen down.

He wasn't always right -- once or twice he'd written something down and said when I told him the real answer, "Eh, I'm not always right."

I think that's one of the best qualities of a psychic or really, an honest person. We're all fallible and mistaken and some of the things that we could sort out right then weren't correct. But to the skeptics -- he knew many things about me that weren't demographically predictable based on my appearance, and he had a lot of information ready to share with me about my present and past between when I walked in and sat down.

Also, I'd been referred to him by someone I knew well who was amazed by many aspects of the reading... and the things that person questioned about his own personality, when I heard them (they weren't all nice), I agreed with them even though the person who'd received the reading wasn't yet able to see the truth of those parts.

I saw Raymond last winter after he was highly recommended by a reliable friend. Money was an issue, so I don't think this friend would have recommened him if they didn't think the experience would have been useful. Raymond and his receptionist were very professional and friendly. Raymond is a BIG personality and sort of enjoys putting on a show. He does some impressive things like writing down information before you reveal it to him, but I can't tell you if this is real or a trick. I don't think it was trick, but I was so overwhelmed with the experience that I wasn't paying that close attention to his hands. He was correct about almost everyone's name in my family and their professions/interests, marriage status and number of children. That was impressive and set a good tone for the rest of the reading. He predicted things about their lives. He knew my current day job and that I was pursuing my dream job as well. He was accurate about things in my life and past experiences. Nothing was too off the mark, but keep in mind that he has a very big personality and he tells you things from his view of the world, so you need to sometimes take what he says and put it in your own terms. He did say not to talk to an ex and right after the reading my ex's best friend contacted me. He saw a lot in the future, which hasn't happened yet, but he did say he was talking about the next 3 to 5 yrs so we'll see.
