Dry Shampoo
66Firstly, what is dry shampoo? Dry shampoo is a powdery substance. Its essential function is do dry the hair. It seems obvious right? Well it gets a bit more complicated. Using a special blend of chemicals, it binds with the hair, absorbs the oil, and to complete the process the user simply combs the product out. No a few things can be noted here. Firstly, the product does clean the hair, but not nearly as much as regular shampoo. Granted, it will leave a sweet scent behind. It has the tendency to leave behind a white residue and by popular description, "can leave your hair feeling gross."
Dry hair shampoo if any thing is best for a quick fix. For the day that you didn't wake up on time, or fell asleep on the plane and you now have to meet your finances parents for the first time but you have smashed bangs. Some swear by this product. But it isn't because of the powdered substance. Companies have released a newer form of the powder and have converted it into a dry shampoo spray. It gets much more recognition than the powder did and it rightly deserves it. The spray gets out much more of the oils in your hair and leaves behind no scent. While the powder leaves behind a sweet fragrance it doesn't clean as well. So in turn it seems the two products are interchangeable.
The average can of spray costs around $10 - $20. So it's not exactly your average bottle of shampoo. However it's definitely a new experience for most. Purchasing a 3.4 oz bottle of shampoo will not run you dry[no pun intended]. In fact in times of a recession there is a good use for dry shampoos. It most definitely saves on water and lessens the amount of laundry you will have to commit to. While it won’t decrease the load to much, it will help just a little.

I have found that there where only on-line locations in which the product was displayed. Finding the product will also be difficult if you live in the U.S. Several locations can be explored to find the product on-line. One such location is on Sephora, a web site that houses tons of beauty products. A wide variety of beauty products are listed here. There are also products for men listed as well. The Target web site also sells dry scalp shampoo and purchases can be found here for much cheaper prices than with Sephora. You can also find the shampoo stocked at Amazon. Here you will find a much more average price range.
Dry shampoo is nothing short of a new wave of exploration in beauty products. It can save the day in most cases, while its prototype could just as easily wreck it. Because of its current standing the shampoo while setting you back a brisk $10 - $20, can be a short term bill relief. If you are looking for a different experience with hair care then this is definitely the choice for you.
