The Altisse tract of townhomes lies within the city of Aliso Viejo and contains 222 units. The community is bordered on the south by Glenwood and located on Cedarbrook. Altisse owners have their choice of 2 pools and 2 spas. The tract was built by Barratt in 7 phases.

The Altisse has 5 different models of homes:

The Toucan (lower - 1B) is a single level 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit with a 1 car garage. The living has its own fireplace. The master bedroom has walk-in closet and a bathroom suite. The unit is approximately 1,065 square feet. There is direct access to the garage.

The Toucan (upper - 1A) 1A model is a carriage unit (1 level, second floor) with the same floor plan as the 1B model. The only exception is the garage access which is off the entry way.

The Macaw (2) is a 2 level, 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit with all bedrooms upstairs. The Macaw has a 2 car garage with direct access and is approximately 1,330 square feet.

The Sunbird (3) is a 2 level, 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit with a loft. The Sunbird also has a 2 car garage with direct access and a second story deck off of the master bedroom.

The Firecrest (4) at approximately 1,713 square feet is the largest unit in the Altisse tract. The unit is a 2 level 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home with direct access to a double garage. The Family room and living room are divided by a double-sided fireplace and both room open onto a patio.
