The Applause tract of townhomes lies within the city of Aliso Viejo and contains 186 units. The community is bordered on the east by the Cantora tract, on the south by Pacific Park, on the west by Aliso Creek Rd and on the north by Autumnglen. Applause owners have their own pool and spa.

The Applause has three different models:

The Chorus Line (model A) is a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath unit with approximately 1,327 square feet and a 2 car garage. The unit has direct garage access and a fireplace in the living room. The bedrooms and 2 baths are on the second level. A second story balcony leads directly off the master bedroom and a first floor patio surrounds the entry way.

The Swan Lake (model B) is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath unit with approximately 1,636 square feet and a 2 car garage. The unit has direct garage access and a fireplace in the living room. All bedrooms are on the second floor. Like the Chorus Line model there is a second story balcony off the master bedroom as well as a private patio around the entry way.

The Elton John (model C) is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit with approximately 1,563 square feet and a 2 car garage. The unit has direct garage access on the ground floor with the living space on the second floor (carriage unit). There are two balconies on the second floor, one off the master bedroom and one off the dining room.
