Introduction

The Art of Fighting a Female is a unique supplementary study that may accompany any other martial arts study.  The main objective is delineate and portray the unique anatomical advantages and disadvantages that present themselves when females fight other females.  Ultimately, the holder of the knowlege will have greater success at self-defense over that female that does not have the same knowledge, considering that this information is cohesively linked into another martial art study as its root.

Much of the analysis is mathematically based with some illustrations and some pictures. Though this is primarily focused upon educating the female student in a method to engage another female opponent, the knoweldge is useful to any student.

As a warning and a disclaimer all anatomical parts are described straight-forwardly in a mature and succint manner to present the simplest and most effecient teaching method.

Chapter 1: the anatomical targets of body types

For our study there are three parts of the female body that we interested in defending and attacking as a means to self-defense. Each body type has an intrinsically different anatomical set.

The Sensitive Targets

The Breasts

The Ovaries (general lower belly)

The Vulva (specifically the clitoris)

The Four Body Types the We Will Discuss:

The Petite Build

The Athletic Build

The Heavy Build

The Average Build

The Primary Targets of Each Body Type

As a general rule, when fighting each body type, each has a unique advantageous target. For example, in general...

The Petite Build: target her vulva and clitoris. Don't waste time on her breasts.

The Athletic Build: target her breasts. Don't waste time on her ovaries.

The Heavy Build: target her ovaries and breasts. Don't waste time on her vulva.

The Average Build: target breasts or vulva depending upon height. Avoid ovaries.

The Principle of Maximum Force

It is important that when you strike her primary target that you use maximum force or near maximum force because a light strike at one of her unique parts may only entice her to elicit the same striking motion against you.

Consider that you are engaged against a petite female and by her stance you see an opportunity to kick her vulva, kick her private parts hard, because a light kick may only phase her fighting ability for less than ten seconds.  Now that you have given her the good idea to kick genitals in a fight she will focus upon yours throughout the fight.  Yet if you deliver a kick between her legs with the right amount of force and delivered with the right aim, the pain will not allow her to fight sufficiently for up to three minutes if not more.

The Ethical Consideration of Maximum Force Upon Sensitive Organs

Some claim that there must be an ethical analysis to full-force kicking the breasts, ovaries and vulva/clitoris.  The ethical standard can be reduced as such: if one intends to harm your body in any way, it is ETHICAL to yourself to defend your body, even if that defense means delivering intense pain or injury upon another body

Another comment is that teaching the most painful methods upon the most sensitive parts may induce an abuse of knowledge in which an attacker may simply use the Vulva kick upon an innocent unaware petite females.  Just as this may true, the knowledge upon the other side of the scenario deters the assault.  If an attacker thinks that her victim knows aggressively and effectively hit, kick, and punch all of her sensitive parts she may not then be willing to fight at all thus saving injury potentially on both sides.

The simple standard: if an attacker brings her body into a confrontation she must be willing to defend all parts of her body: knees, clitoris, ovaries, breasts, throat, eyes.

The pain standard: the defender should realize that she is intending to maximize her opponent's pain not trying to create an injury.  If in the desire to create pain, the defender also accidentally creates an injury, that injury is merely a byproduct of the desire to create pain.

The Use of Full-force Ending Moves

Often a defender may gain an upper-hand in the fight even before applying a move against the sensitive organs.  The defender may also be in a position where her attacker in a defeated position has left her body upon to a full-force attack --- a vulva kick from behind, for example.  The ethical standard here is the ability to be able to leave successfully.  In the desire to escape free of harm it is necessary to apply one maximum force strike against a sensitive part so that you can flee safely   In this situation, the defender should use measured and well-aimed motions to make sure that only one strike is necessary.  Aim, use proper form, then use full-force and kick her vulva one time only.  Then flee.  the pain and/or shock of feeling a full-force kick upon her unsuspecting groin will allow you two to three minutes to get away.

Training your Body

Females engaged in battle have more strength advantage by kicking than punching simply because of the nature of the female body.  Your greatest advantage is the full-force kick against any of the sensitive parts.  The strength of your leg can even facilitate

Chapter 1.1 The Vulva

Because we are discussing that the female body has a greater advantage for kicking than for punching, we are going to start with the body that can be kicked the hardest, the vulva, because it is closest to the ground, meaning requires less upward push against gravity.

The Idea of Kicking Against Gravity

When kicking something, if the object is one foot off the ground, more force can be invested into the object than if the object were two feet off the ground and so forth.  If we analyze the female anatomy we can easily see that the female groin is about three feet off the ground, the ovaries are about three feet and six inches, and the breasts are about four to four and a half feet off the ground.  Therefore, the same kick with the same force at the same angle will invest more force into the genitals than the ovaries and more force into the ovaries than the breasts.  Considering then that the most the most powerful motion of the female body, the kick, can be used against the most vulnerable part of her body, her vulva, we can see that the vulva kick is the number one most valuable tool in female self-defense provided the kicking female kicks accurately, correctly, and chooses to kick the right type of female.

To kick her shin or her vulva

Some consider the shin to be sensitve enough and even closer to the ground.  The problem with a shin strike immediately is the method used to strike the shin.  Usually, to do enough nerve pain to the shin, one must perform a downward scrape, which does not invest much force into the receiver's body and is usually a temporary pain that most can over come without being slowed down.  Yet, a kicker is trained and proficient in kicking her targets well, an upward kick into the clitoris will not only create enough pain, it will also effect the ability to breath, will create mild naseau, and will disorientate the mind.  Indeed the clitoris is higher off the ground, but the nature of kicking the clitoris is different from scraping the shin.  Therefore, the kicker can invest much more force into her opponent's clitoris than into her shin.

The Right Way to Kick a Vulva

It is understand that it is more common to say kick the groin than to say kick the vulva.  On that same theme it is even less common to say kick the clitoris, yet this is precisely what is desired when kicking the vulva(female groin).  As far as self-defense goes, your own ability to kick your attacker's clitoris is possibly your single greatest asset.  Many things prevent though the ability to kick this small target, including: your opponents weight (if she is heavy the fatness of her thighs may prevent your foot from landing between her legs) her height (if she is too tall the angle at which you can impact her groin may be too awkward) your own kicking accuracy (if you cannot kick accurately within the area of a folded dollar bill you may not land a good clitoral kick) your opponent's knowledge that her clitoris is vulnerable (many females don't think that their groins are particularly vulnerable and thus don't guard them.  If your opponent knows or has experienced a clitoral kick, she will be prone to defend the area.)  the type of shoe you are wearing ( a shoe too clunky or too pointy often destroys the ability to compress the clitoris.) her clitoris itself (some females have a clitoris so small and sunk into their body that it is not ability to be compressed as it is guarded by the external flesh of the outer labia).  Despite all this the clitoral kick is still tremendously beneficial when landed and so is worth attempting.

Now as for the technique of kicking.  One of the greatest mistakes in female on female fighting is the mistake to try to kick the vulva with the TOP of the shoe, when the TIP of the shoe is desired. Let's consider that the top of the shoe has an area of about two inches wide by three inches long when it impacts the vulva:  that's about 6 square inches.  Now consider that when the TIP of the shoe is used, with about two inches wide and about one inch long, that only 2 square inches are covered.  100 divided by 6 is 16, whereas 100/ 2 is 50.  This means that the tip of the shoe technique, provided that the clitoris is under that two inch area, is 3 times more painful.  Or atleast three times more force is being invested into the clitoris.

The Psychological Benefit of Kicking with the Tip of the Shoe

Many females have complained that groin kicks don't work on females and this was only true because they were kicking with the top of the shoe.  Thus, if they ever did have a moment when the female groin was open they were not 'swinging for the fences' with all out force because they feared that if they missed the bigness of the kick would throw them off.  This means ultimately that they did not use 100 percent force but rather about 60.  60 force spread over 6 square inches is 10.  But those that know the TIP of the shoe method works often use full force. 100 force divided by 2 inches is 50.  This psychological aspects shows that the TIP of the shoe method can be as much as 5 times more effective.
