Let’s hear what the teachers of Art of living say about their courses: For a little peace in mind, a healing meditated mind why man wanders here and there? They may get some relaxation after some time of wanders and by that they may get relaxation for some time. After that they again start to wander for peace and a meditated mind, won’t they get released of this wander?

Yes, there comes the importance of Art of living with their motto “Life is an Art”. They say that do not think of yesterday which had left us, tomorrow which is yet to come and just think of today which is with us. And could we just relax of thinking just about today? Yea we can.

            In normal case will we care of inhaling and exhaling? No. But analyze after giving a tune to it. Then we can understand the hidden wonders of our mind and body. With that our mind cheers up. Then their works will be humane and purified. Then they will get rid of anger, selfishness, ego complexes etc. Mind starts to dislike all type of intoxication. In simple words we can say that our mind and body is being fully purified.

Peace, solace and happiness will be spread all over the body and mind. Then slowly without any eager, tension, running behind something and anything we start flowing towards that holy spiritual. It is also quite sure that with the continuous meditation we may get rid of almost all diseases, which may take some period of time because it is a type of feeling. It had even controlled many sort of incurable diseases such as asthma, heart attack, diabetics, back-pain, cancer etc. That’s why many medical colleges start promoting the meditation of Art of living.

Now almost all the presidents of all countries take part in Art of living in which even our neighbourhood country Pakistan also take part. Many universities even decided to make Art of living as a subject. Some Newspapers reported that some terrorist group even surrendered after attracting towards meditation. Within twenty-two hours of six days evolutionary electrical waves enter into our body and mind. And there does not have difference between caste, creed, color, sex. All are one. From there almost all gets satisfaction like one who needs to hear joke, who wand to laugh loudly etc.

            In between this we can even study direction-prayer to pranayama; bhastrika pranayama to sudarsana kriya such a variety of breathing exercise could be studied easily. By doing this regularly almost all the cells are purified and filled with new oxygen. With this almost all the bad devils with be out with having nectars in them. From here we start a peaceful way towards life. A peaceful journey with peace and enjoyment.

Art of Living is taught in some of the Schools also in Tamilnadu.

When my daughter was a school student she learnt this wonderful art and practicing it daily. Now, she finds it very convenient to rewind her mind.
