The Economy has affected just about every business by how they continue to do their business. You can no longer fill safe with your money in the bank. It is no longer just those who have stored millions and lost it that are the only ones suffering. Instead, it is the every day common folk, I talk about people like you and me. Who rely on our dollars and cents to be correct. When we charge debits to our bank account it is very important that we do not have an overdraft fee.

The banks are now getting stimulus from their very own customers, in a way that is unfair to those who fall to this scam. First the bank computer hide a debit withdrawal, then rearrange your account, so now you see more money in your bank account balance. Surely a bank can add better then you can!

But what you should be aware of is that you have not made a recent deposit in your bank account, which makes it clear that the bank has taken out a debit. Now the banks has set you up for the kill.

Thinking you have more money to spend, you make a few more debits to your account. Now the bank computers, realizing you have made a debit on money you don't have. Now it is curtains for you. The Play is over. The bank is ready to claim you as its victim.

So now your account is rearranged and the missing debit is reinserted in its proper place. So all those new debits you made have now been paid and charged an over draft fee of $35.00! Your account is now almost -$200.00

There is no way you can fight this case because they use your own greed against you, because you can't spend money that you do not have, and it is your job to keep your own bank records.

It works every time for them - not for us! Let's not forget all the fees that levy on your accout because of their mistake.

I was sitting at home with an item I had order on- line, from my checking account. The debit was missing from my account, but it was posted the day before as pending. Two days later, it was put back.

I cant believe they got me again. I check my account ever day so I won't have any problem like overdraft. My account posted an overdraft at 7am Wednesday. I went to the bank at 10am Wednesday and made a deposit to cover the draft. I wake up this morning to find they have charge me twice for $35.00. That it, I'm gone. They are too sneaky. If there is anyone that live in Michigan that are having the same problems with Chase Bank let me know. Because I am fired up and ready to march with signs.

I went back to the Chase Bank and fuss until they took off 35.00 dollars. So Im still there, but the good news is there will be a change in their over-draft policy. Check this out? http://www.nytimes.com/2009/09/23/your-money/credi
