THE BEAUTIFUL DESSERT BOOK

I would go to a Hospital that I was known at and sell lots of books.

Then along came this magic dessert book.

So before I arrived at the Hospital (An early morning start.)

I cut a large Pineapple in half long ways. Cutting through all the greenery at top of each half pineapple.

Scooped out all the pineapple from inside the two halves. Took out all the juice from the two halves. Mixed pineapple chunks with some dried apricots and sultanas with table spoon of sugar and table spoon of whiskey or rum.

Put the two halves of pineapple onto small pie dishes into the refrigerator for 45 mins. Turn the oven on high.

Take 4 eggs and separate yolks from the Whites. (Yolks into a bowl and placed back in the frig. Beat the egg whites until very stiff with 1 tablespoon of sugar. Then lavishly cover the two halved pineapples, which are filled with cold pineapple.

Bake in a hot oven for as long as the egg whites take to brown.

Be very careful transporting these two pineapple bombs

The desert become a favourite and every where the dessert went many of these books were sold. Invitations started to flow from any place where a lot of people worked.
