The Beautiful Women of Brazil 2

So here we have my second beautiful women of Brazil Hub.
Everyone seemed to like the first one so much I thought why not make another.
So we start off with...

Raica Oliveira
Brazilian model Raica Oliveira was born on January 22, 1984 in Niterói, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
Raica was discovered by the same agent who discovered fellow Brazilian model, Gisele Bundchen, Sergio Mattos.
She won the 1999 Elite Model Look contest in Brazil, and went to the finals in Nice, France, coming in second. (Vika Sementsova from the Ukraine won that year).
Raica is the BFF of another Brazilian supermodel, Adriana Lima and she once dated Brazilian professional footballer Ronaldo, who also dated another Brazilian model, Daniela Cicarelli.
It's beginning to sound like a soap opera huh?
During her career, she has worked for Lancome, Marie Claire magazine, Dior, Elle magazine, Yves Saint Laurent and of course, Victoria's Secret.

Luciana Gimenez
Luciana Gimenez was born on November 3, 1970 in São Paulo, Brazil.
She is a fashion model and TV show hostess that started her modeling career at the age of thirteen.
Luciana hosts the TV show Superpop on the RedeTV! Brazilian television network.
She also appeared in the 2001 movie Xuxa e os Duendes (Xuxa and the Elves), with Brazilian superstar, Xuxa.
Luciana has done modeling work for companies like Chanel and Marks & Spencer.

Isabeli Fontana
Another Brazilian model that started working at thirteen is Isabeli Fontana.
Isabeli was born on July 4, 1983 in Curitiba, Brazil.
She also competed in the Elite Model Look contest in Brazil.
And of course she appeared in the Victoria's Secret lingerie catalog, but that caused a bit of a scandal...because Isabeli was only sixteen at the time!
That didn't hurt her career any though, because since then she has worked in a variety of advertising campaigns for companies like Hugo Boss, Revlon, Versace, Roberto Cavalli and Tommy Hilfiger, just to name a VERY few.

Izabel Goulart
And here we have yet another Victoria Secret Angel, Izabel Goulart.
(I'm wondering if I should change the name of the Hub to "The Beautiful Women of Victoria's Secret")
Izabel was born in São Carlos, São Paulo, Brazil on October 23, 1984.
Like a lot of other models, she was teased for her looks as a child.
(Let that be a lesson to any young men out there teasing young girls...you may be making fun of a future supermodel...straighten up!)
Izabel didn't only have to overcome teasing though, at her very first fashion show appearance, she had a wardrobe malfunction!
The Brazilian media was all over it, but Izabel persevered and came back, modeling for companies like Neiman Marcus, Michael Kors, Bill Blass and Express.
Izabel has made several memorable appearances on Late Night with Conan O'Brien and appeared on the TV series Two and A Half Men and Entourage (with Alessandra Ambrosio) .

Fabiana Tambosi
Fabiana Tambosi was born on July 2, 1982 in São Borja, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil.
She's worked for many major companies such as...wait for it...Victoria's Secret!
Fabiana has also worked for Elizabeth Arden, Almay, Clarins and Tommy Hilfiger.
She has also appeared on the covers of many magazines including Vogue, Elle and Cosmopolitan.
She lives in New York and is the roommate of Aline Nakashima and Michelle Alves.
And yes, both of them have worked for Victoria's Secret as well.

Maria Joao
Maria Joao (not the Portuguese Jazz singer) is a former Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue model who appeared on the cover in 1978.
And she is also the mother of the stunning Jordana Brewster.
I've liked Jordana since I saw her in D.E.B.S. (LOL) so I had to get her mother in here.

Fernanda Tavares
Brazilian model Fernanda Tavares was born on September 22, 1980 in Natal, Rio Grande do Norte, Brazil.
Fernanda started appearing in shows at the age of nine, and won the "Elite Look of the Year" contest at the age of thirteen.
She has gone on to work for designers and companies like Salvatore Ferragamo, Nine West, Gap, Missoni, Christian Lacroix and Versace.
And yes, she has done work for......Victoria's Secret!
Fernanda is best friends with fellow Brazilian model, Gisele Bündchen, who must be a REALLY nice person, because I see her name pop up constantly in association with other models.

Renata Fan
Renata Fan was born on July 5, 1977 in Santo Ângelo, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil.
Okay, Renata Fan is different from every other lady in this Hub.
One...she is a lawyer and journalist student.
Two...she is not a model so to speak.
Three... she won Miss Brazil Universe in 1999 and went on to The 1999 Miss Universe pageant.
Four...to my knowledge, she has NEVER appeared in Victoria's Secret!
