Maximizing Weight Loss

Many people whom are looking to lose weight or to eat healthy, to maintain thier health. Most of them get bored and frustrated when their program plateaus and the weight stops coming off. Some of these people will give up and slip up due to boredom and start looking all over again for that new "Weight Loss Fad" to come along.

I have lost and maintained my weight, through this program and would like to extend it out to you However, I must warn you that it takes more than healthy eating to lose and maintain achieved weight goals. You have to start a moderate to light exercise program to this as well. Sitting Idle, just will not get the job done.

Eat Anything You Wish

That is right, you  can eat anything you wish, and the diet will regulate the amounts you intake.  What is this Diet?  Good question, Here it is!  Do you have what it takes to participate in it, to get the results you are looking for?

Go to the grocery store, grab a few packages of granola bars. Grab some Apples, oranges, honey dew, grapes, lettuce, various vegetables.  Also, get the meats you like and let yourself get some cereals you like.  (Easy on the sugars in the cereals).   Visit the frozen food section and get some of the Lean Cuisine meals, get some f the single serving vegetable meals with meats included.

Here We Go!

Okay, did you get the groceries I suggested?  Okay, in this program you are going to eat yourself crazy.

Set your alarm clock for approximatly 1/2 hour before you normally get up in the morning and eat either a granola bar or some fruit.  Not much, just one package of granola bars or one fruit you like, as soon as your feet hit the floor.   Then go and take your shower, get the paper, or have your morning coffee.  Go ahead enjoy your morning!   About one hour or so, after you finished the granola or fruit, pour yourself a bowl of cereal and eat it.

Pack a lunch and put one or two granola bars in your purse to snack on before or lunch and later on in the day.  You can substitute the granola with fruit or a veggie plate. You can even cut up some veggies like broccoli or carrots, or even some celery sticks; these are great for what you wish to do.

At about two hours before your lunch hour, eat a snack, maybe the granola bar or breakfast bar.  Again you are going to enjoy your lunch so eat what ever you wish.  Then two hours afterwards you will have to force yourelf to eat another snack.  By the time dinner, or suppper arrives, you probably will not feel like eating.  So, again force yourself to eat.a Lean Cuisine meal.  be sure to eat as much as possible of the one dish.   Then, before bedtime eat another snack, maybe ice cream or something.

I Hear You Screaming At Me

Okay, I hear you screaming at me.  Hey, I am over-eating and I do not see how this will work. well here is the plan and purpose of this diet.  The main issue of most weight loss programs is that they leave you hungry.  Most people eat three meals a day, skimping at lunch and over eating at dinner, then going to bed on a full stomach.

The opportunity to maximize your metabolism is missed.  Starving yourself with "Fad" diets, causes your body to go into hibernation mode.  Therefore it stores as much fuel, as possible. So, when you over eat at dinner, all the bad calories get stored.  the storage of food and fuel this way, causes your cholesterol levels to go through the roof!!

How Can This Possibly Work?

How can this possibly work?  Again, you are fueling your body at criticle points of the day.  You are doing this without eating excessively at any one meal, because the snacking curbs appetite and you will probably feel full, throughout the day.  There will be times a meal or snack will be offensive and you will rebel against the idea that you can lose weight this way.  but give it a week or so, and you should begin to see a weight loss.

Here is another way of seeing, progress from this diet.  Before you start this go to your doctor and ask him to do a blood profile on you.  Tell him/her you are concerned about your cholesterol levels.  Start the diet and a month or so after your visit, go back and see if there is any changes in your HDL levels.  I almost promise you there will be a significant change.
