Pssst! I've Got A Secret!
We just found this, I get NOTHING for telling you about it, I don't work for the company...it costs me just as much to do the program as it does you! We recommended this to our best friends as we started a weight loss contest, and a month later we met for dinner.
He lost 20 lbs...she lost 13 lbs and neither of them exercised! They ate 5 times a day (3 meals, 2 snacks), they were full and didn't want for anything. Us...we didn't lose anything and told them we were going to keep our total a secret till the end. Well we have until September 1st and so we are starting the program on July 10th after our cruise. We are going on a cruise and it would be stupid to start it before the cruise...anyone that has been on a cruise can relate. lol
UPDATE: He has lost 44 lbs (3 months) and she has lost 20 lbs! Me...5. Why? Don't know. The food is very good, I just don't have the ability right now to do the right thing. But their loss is amazing!
NUTRISYSTEM. My wife found it on line, I saw it on TV a million times. Me...I'm just not that motivated to lose weight. I am 10 lbs overweight and of course I think I could drop it tomorrow. Well...I was 10 lbs overweight when the contest started. Now...17 lbs. After seeing them it impressed us so much that I have to do something, I feel awful at this weight.

I'm not going to tell you the food is all good...but 90% of it is...and that tells me something. I have no interest in eating cardboard or food that tastes like bad left overs. I do know that a few of their breakfast items suck and the chicken and dumplings suck...but most of it is awesome! All things considered. lol

The diet runs about $300 per month, per person..but keep in mind it's all three meals every day for a month. You will be spending near that anyway. They say $12 a day. Now that does not include veggies, or fruits which are highly recommended for the system to work. But they are very reasonable amounts. In fact, our friends aren't real strong on eating their fruits and veggies so far...so it is just the Nutrisystem food that is doing it for them. They have recommended to friends and families and again..the best part...
No exercise!
