I happen to be one of those few people who ate their vegetables when I was young.I know that I am strange. Over the years I have experimented with various types of green salad combinations in order to make that super salad. Organic Fresh Green Vegetables
Here are some of the ingredients:
I first go into the product section pickup everything that is green, even if I have never eaten it before.
- Bok Choy
- Collard Greens
- Mustard Greens
- Swiss Chard
- Celery
- Green Pepper
- Alfalfa Sprouts
- Parsley
- Spinach
- Kale
- Cilantro
- Basil
- Cabbage
- Green Onions
Then I wash each one really well, then start cutting and dicing and putting them all in one big bowl adding cucumbers, carrots, lemon juice, olive oil, fresh garlic, (sometime tomatoes) then I toss and toss and toss. Serve fresh or chilled. To add a little pizazz add dried raisens, cranberries, walnuts or almonds for a crunchy sweet taste.
After eating a bowl you will feel energized and ready to take on the world.
