• At 1 pm the body is more resilient because it has already had considerable activity in the day, so it is good to perform gymnastic exercises, as the effort made by the body will be much lighter.


• From 3 to 5 p.m, it is considered to be the best hour for exercise in any form, since at this moment we reach a point where driving skills such as coordination, flexibility and reflexes are at a high level, so may get better results by having a greater number of available capabilities, thanks to the circulation and blood pressure which are at their highest levels at this time frame.


• From 8 to 9 p.m, it is good to do some exercises and relaxation.
