The best niche markets created are built around another existing business. Using another business as a platform to create a new and specific business idea has many advantages. The main reason is that both businesses will benefit from the customers or traffic that they will generate. Having customers that are actually looking for what you have to offer and already specialize in is an added advantage of building your niche market around an existing business. Someone looking for a company that cleans drapes will more than likely go to a home cleaning company. If they find somebody that specializes in drape cleaning as part of their home cleaning company then they hit the jackpot.

In network marketing, niche markets are almost already pre-built for you. Remember it is important for you to find an area in which you can make your very own in your chosen field and not just jump in to the given locale. Also remember that network-marketing companies employ anybody and everybody that want an opportunity to better them selves. This competition creates additional pressure for you to find the best niche markets in that company.

Working with a health and nutrition network marketing company is very difficult to find a niche there it seems right. It involves you plus millions of people that are trying to loose weight and keep healthy. This seems to be the trend in the world today so it is a hot market. So the big question is: How do you find the best niche markets in that business?

Well first let us visit this question. What is NOT a niche market?

  • A niche market is not an area in the business that has the less people already in it.

  • It is not an area where there is going to be a chance for a higher return on investments.

  • It is not an area where everybody wants to congregate around since it seems like the most profitable place to be.

What is a niche market?

The best niche markets are the ones you create because you are very familiar with it.

In other words a niche market is an area in the business that best suits your greatest quality and skills. Examples of that would be if you are or once was an overweight person then your bets niche markets in the health and Nutrition Company would be with weight loss. You can then simplify it to rapid or slow weight loss. Excessive or minor weight loss or a combination that could most closely relate to you. Therefore your business would be your story.

By finding your niche you are then working in a business in which you have first hand knowledge of. You will know how to explain to new recruits and customers how the products should be used and how it works. You can directly relate to the products and may even try them for yourself. This is highly encouraged in network marketing. This gives you what is known as a product story. (Please do not try to force anybody to use a product just to have a product story. This is not network marketing. Also do not encourage anybody to "Fake It Until They Make It". I had that experience and it is not funny. These are the bad sides of network marketing.) Now back to product story, although it is used in wrong ways sometimes, it is still a good guide to help you determine your best niche markets. If you like a product then promoting it will come naturally. You can't be good at something you extremely dislike. I tried it before it does not work. When you like something you can talk about it all day

Now that affiliate marketing seems to be the hot button. It is no surprise that there is a cry for affiliate niche marketing. This is new to me because it does not seems possible to have or create a niche in affiliate marketing, unless it is simply through you choice of companies to advertise with.

I see an Adsense niche market buzz going on right now. It was difficult for me to comprehend the Adsense niche market aspect. After I tried a few times I came to grip with the ideology behind it. Now it makes a little more sense. Having an Adsense niche market simply means keeping your Blog or website focus on one specific topic. Then set up your Google account to put only ads on that topic on your site. This makes your site become more and more popular for that specific topic, keyword or keyword phrase. Most of your ads will look the same and target the same audience. Human visitors tend to like that. Personally I would not call it a niche, but it does work out the same way, at least for traffic that comes to your website.

All these opportunities to create niche markets within network marketing and affiliate marketing, is making it easier to make money online with a website or Blog.

However the best niche markets are built around network marketing. This is one of the businesses where you need a niche to be successful. This is highly due to the amount of competition that exists in the business. Everyone is trying to sell similar if not the same products. To succeed you must analyze the whole plan and choose the part that you can master or make your own. That's is why it is very important that you join a network marketing company that distributes a product that you have a passion for or a service that you are willing to learn more about.
